Mcalister's Deli

One day I was invited to a random groupme chat of the McAlister's employees, and of course I simply ignored it. Just recently I passed by the plaza and noticed that the restaurant that had invited me by accident was right on the corner, so I'd thought one day I should pass by and see what's the deal. To my surprise, the deli was incredible. With a student deal for 5.99 (which included a drink and a cookie!) and a wide array of sandwiches to choose from, I was pleasantly surprised by the options given. Also the staff was very friendly, as it seems they are also students as well. I also don't say this often, but the sweet tea here is FIRE. Highly recommend for anyone that is a fan of deli-style sandwiches (and sweet tea!).

Fast lunch spot with a variety of sandwiches and sides. There aren't many places in town that you can get a pastrami sandwich, and this is one of them. That's not to say it's an amazing sandwich, I don't think anything I've had here is amazing, but it's different, and that's a merit on its own. The mac and cheese side is really really good, and I haven't left hungry any of the times I've visited. The employees are nice and pretty chill. It's sort of that place that you come to every once in a while when you want a very specific type of sandwich. Nice atmosphere, too.

McAlister's has a great selection of soups (avail in bread bowl), salads, sandwiches, and spuds... and for those like me who can't decide what to get, they have the choose 2 option where you can get half of two from that selection. The sweet tea and cookies are always fresh. The side choices are yummy too! This is always a good choice :-)

First time trying this restaurant and I’m genuinely SO happy I did. I honestly want to go back tomorrow to get lunch again. I can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu. I got a sandwich, but i saw a couple people with the salads and they looked so good! Food was delicious and it literally came out within 5 minutes after sitting down, the restaurant was very busy so I was impressed. Sweet tea is so yummy! Not to sweet. And the customer service was great, very friendly staff, and came around asking if we needed refills and a box for my left over food. Thank you for a great lunch and service :) will be back again soon!
