I was surprised how good the food was here at this "truck stop" restaurant. Very nice people. I had the skirt steak with green salad and the red beans and rice.

This is a very casual small restaurant with top notch Puerto Rican food. You order at the cashier and they bring the food to you. We had the chuleta kan-kan with shrimp in garlic butter sauce on top and mofongo stuffed with mamposteao. We also ordered chuletas, tostones and carne frita. Everything was good and came out quickly. Service was friendly. Prices are competitive as the kan-kan dish is meant for 2.

I ordered the mondongo with churrasco with garlic sauce and let me tell you it was filled with flavor. Besides the food we interacted with 2 different employees (one of them might of been the owner) they were both super nice and made our experience a 10/10.

Never have I tried this style of food, really didn't know what to order so I got chicken something and it was absolutely the bomb. Wish I could tell you what it was I ordered , think was mofongo. I will be back.

I ordered the grilled chicken breast meal that came with white rice, beans and plantains. The chicken breast, while too big for my liking, had good flavor and tenderness. The beans may be to some peoples taste but not mine. Overall though good service and food was decent.

This was a wonderful experience of good food and service. Live music!! Everything was amazing. Food portions are huge, expect to take some food home. Kids menu- love the variety and the portions are large. Got tenders for the kids and came with 6 large pieces fries.
Expect to wait. That is my only issue and it’s not even that bad when you receive such wonderful service and delicious food!
