Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

My daughters love this place; it has a great variety of flavors and toppings. There are flavors of cream and sorbet-type ice cream that is lighter; they also have a lower fat option and no added sugar. The place is spacious and always clean. You can enjoy your ice cream inside or outside, and it has a rewards system. Here you pay for the weight of your cup of ice cream. One of the best ice cream places in Lake Nona 😋

I'm literally only writing this review because while I usually don't ever write reviews unless I'm like, really REALLY peeved at something, I need whoever is in charge over there to Personally tell the young man who was working the night of 7/13/22 (I think his name was Estaban?) that he is an Absolute Trooper of a worker. He was up there by himself and had like 15 or so people lined up. Young man just had a smile and a "How Are You?" The WHOLE TIME. I used to be a manager of a small Boba Shop and I know when you're up there by yourself that's the hardest part. I'm gonna be honest, when I went there I was feeling a little guilty about getting a Triple Chocolate Shake at 9PM at night. That fellow made me feel like I could dive into a pool of Chocolate froyo whenever my little heart desired with no shame at all. I want to go back another day almost solely just to see him again. Oh, and of course I love that you guys have the Shake option. But I'm just here to let you guys know that guy is awesome and I hope you're treating him very well.

We love Menchies so much we go once or twice every month and get the $5 off purchase almost every month using the app/phone#. We used to go to the Eagle watch dr location but it closed and now we go to this Lake Nona location and it's a little further from us but worth it. They have Great customer service and this location is very clean and sanitation is take very seriously which we appreciate and love. The only thing we don't like about this location is the run out of flavors, especially the holiday flavors of the month, very often and usually they don't restock until the next month so we try to visit in the beginning of the month instead.

Just got home from getting some Menchie’s with my daughter and I must say they are doing a great job with the social distancing! Making sure customers sanitize there hands before touching the machines. All there condiments are in little jars with lids so everyone is not touching the spoons and stuff. And only a few ppl at a time in the store. Thanks for serving us and the great service and sanitation!

Menchies is king (queen?) of frozen yogurt and this is a great location. They seem to have more flavors and more toppings than many fro-yo places, and it's always clean and friendly. We sometimes bring the dog and they let us take turns coming inside (no, the dog can't go inside) and selecting our fro-yo, then the second person pays which is great!
