Alesha and Kristen were the BEST. THE END. They should teach hospitality classes to rookie bar tenders. There was a major league jerk in attendance for this year's New Years Eve. They were as nice as pie.

Great find! The Four Roses smoked bourbon Old Fashion is worth the trip alone. Definitely ask for Holy, to be greeted with a great smile and awesome service. It's a nice places to rest and recount the day, coming back from the parks, while having a refreshing night cap. I will certainly be back.

Nice cocktails, kind of pricy even compared to neighboring Disney resorts. They could use some cleaning of bottles on their upper display shelves. The staff were very professional and engaging.

A very nice bar and quick eats places in the main foyer area of the Disney Dolphin hotel. A good selection of beers and drinks, and short menu of food selections. The bar area is very nice in keeping with the rest of the Dolphin Swan resort. It can get pretty crowded when the hotel is full but there are quite a few different areas to sit besides the bar itself.

Great drinks. Friendly bartenders. It gets pretty crowded at night, so you might want to try and get there early, or just know there's gonna be a crowd, at least on the weekend.
