The times we have come here to eat it has been ok…the first couple times when we ordered online the food seemed really good the photos below are from a while back when we first began trying them. We came in two times after and honestly we weren’t to impressed with the food.
The chicken and waffles are probably the best when dining in.

This was my first time to a metro diner and it was SO GOOD!
I had the classic eggs Benedict which came with a large portion of hash browns.
I also had a cinnamon pancake with the cinnamon butter and cream cheese frosting…WOW!!!! So yummy.
Great service, too. I’d go back!

Tricia was very pleasant and attentive! She was quick to refill our drinks or extra condiments. All was superb. Food was delicious too, I 100% will come back here again. Excellent diner

It was so delightful to have breakfast with my family today at Metro diner. The service was excellent from the hostess to the manager, especially Wesley who took care of us; and forget the food was great. Thank you very much everyone. We will definitely come back for more.

The service was excellent. The food was thoughtfully prepared, and delicious. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and made a concoction for us (syrup and hot sauce) for the chicken and waffles. Great combo! I would recommend this place for breakfast and brunch.

The first time I went here for breakfast months ago I was so impressed with the food and the wait staff that I had to look up the manager and complement him.
I've never been disappointed since. The diner and the serving staff have gone beyond to accommodate my friends and I. This now is my go to place.

This new location seems different than the one in altamonte. I ordered the pot roast and the beef was pretty bad. So tough to cut that my plate was shifting the table. My prior experience with the pot roast at the first location was the best I’d ever had. I probably won’t go back.

Stopped in for lunch on Saturday afternoon and they were busy... the wait was short, service was excellent, and the food was fast and fantastic. They QC every plate as it comes out of the kitchen. We'll definitely be back again.

I just had the best time because everyone is SO excited to be here! I sat at the counter overlooking the kitchen, and all of the employees and management were smiling, cracking jokes and giving us the good ole American diner experience. The food was excellent, and I feel comfortably full, not too stuffed!

Large portions of great food. Service was fantastic. Second time I have been there. I have a feeling they will get to know my face as I plan on making this my goto place. Definitely worth it if you're looking for great food, friendly service and reasonable prices.

Delicious meatloaf and red skin mashed potatoes with yummy gravy. My grilled veggies were a tasty surprise. Husband loved his chicken pot pie. We had an issue but customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back for another homestyle dinner and probably try them for breakfast too.

Went in a little after 1 - busy but not super busy - service was good getting seated & Waitress came right to the table and took our order with the trainee but after we got our food she was short of coming to see how our table was doing They need to concentrate more on the tables then standing around at the counter watching the food come and go I had to call for our waitress three times food was great -

The hashbrowns are burnt on top and raw in the middle big portions and big price ! Very expensive for what you get 4 of us $55 bucks 2 × the price of ihop or dennys - wont go back

Our eating club, decided to try it out. 2 of us had biscuits and gravy and they had real good taste, but the gravy was very thin. The hash browns and over easy eggs, gave the diner the 4th star. They were awesome!! When I go there again, will definitely get something else. Everyone else seemed to have really enjoyed their meals (except for the other biscuits and gravy plate).

We went for the soft opening yesterday and everything was wonderful- food, coffee, service, etc. We’re from Jacksonville so we’ve been anxiously awaiting Metro’s arrival and they did not disappoint!

we were there for the soft opening today. The service obviously because of the soft opening was over-the-top. The food is really good and their coffee is just absolutely fantastic
