Chipotle Mexican Grill

Convenient to MCO. Had a chicken bowl which I split w my lovely wife and their freshly made lemonade which was sweet tart and delightful. There was plenty for both of us and a refreshing change from exorbitant airport pricing. Chipotle was across the road from the Hilton Doubletree where we parked the car for the weekend to fly out. Reserve the spot in advance . They have a great shuttle system. You never have to wait more than 15 minutes for a ride. Trying to get a space at the airport can be challenging and frustrating. So if you're flying out, go to Chipotle first, then park and are the shuttle. You will thank me profusely.

Food isn’t the only thing that defines a great restaurant experience. And while their food is consistently delicious, every restaurant has a bad moment. It’s how they respond that determines a customer’s decision to return. In my case, I ordered online and was quite surprised at the hike in pricing but even more so with substantially less food that was delivered. (Like a kid-sized portion. Seriously.) Long story short, I drove to Chipotle (one of which my son and I frequent quite regularly) and calmly shared my dissatisfaction with the acting manager, Kaylani. She listened. She showed a level of concern and care that is, unfortunately, uncommon today. This response was not only appreciated but it fortified my pleasant thoughts toward Chipotle, ensuring my inevitable return. Thanks Kaylani and the team at Chipotle! See ya soon ✌🏽

I got a bowl with white rice, black beans, carnitas, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I come to this location for lunch often and they always give good portions. The food is also well prepared and the restaurant is clean. The staff was also the most pleasant chipotle staff I’ve ever experienced. However, I have ordered here for dinner once and it was not the same story, probably because dinners are more busy.
