I just love how there slogan states,”31 flavors “.Such a complete lie! This location has only around 8 flavors that a not even unique.I still decided to purchase a single scoop cone to give it a try.The scoops were fairly small compared to the price of it.The waffle cone tasted stale and the ice cream was already little melted. They need an improvement with their staff too.I wasn’t welcomed and wasn’t treated with pride.Would not recommend!

This was my third bad experience in ONE week at this location. The first time my son wanted to try the new dip it/top it waffle cone and they were out of waffle cones. The next time my son wanted a sundae. It ended up being the smallest scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup and he asked for oreos as a topping. We paid over $5 for this sundae and after we started home we realized that instead of oreos it had Nestle Quick powder on it! The third time we only went back because they advertised the $1.70 scoops. They asked what size we wanted. I told the guy that I wanted the size that was $1.70 and didn’t know what size that was. We ended up with three kiddie/mini cups. I went to pay and the lady asked what size we got. I told her that we got the $1.70 size and told her that I expected them to be bigger. She then explained to me that all of the sizes where $1.70 and that we could have gotten larges for $1.70! She couldn’t tell me why the guy would not tell me this when I ordered and why he only gave us kiddie sizes!!! We will never go back!

Came in thirty minutes before closing and waited twenty minutes to be served. The store was empty and the drive thru was as well. The woman serving us was rude. We just stood at the counter while employees walked back and forth and never greeted us. She wouldn't let me finish saying my order by interrupting me to ask "what's so funny" in an aggressive short way because I was smiling. The woman wouldn't let us sample any ice cream flavors and overcharged us. Usually, I love Baskin Robbins but the staff at this location has changed my mind completely about the company. Never returning.

It was 1:20 in the afternoon and they still did not have ice cream out in the store. Instead of saying come back in an hour they should have just gotten 3 scoops of ice cream, put it in the blender and made my milkshake. Very lazy. Very incompetent. Someone should fire the manager and replace them with a competent manager.

Employee was RUDE by all means. She called me rude too loudly ! Just because I was waiting for 5 minutes when no one greeted me and I was waiting for someone to serve me then I asked while she was standing on he other counter , rudely she says u have to come here and order first then chose your ice cream. Well excuse me I been waiting for 5 minutes and I were right there ! Say something ! Welcome me as a customer! Inform me! Instead she snapped and was rude and called me rude and I did say I’ll make sure your manager know she said I don’t care do whatever you want. Won’t ever come to this location again.

I wish there a 0 star option so I can give it.As soon as I entered, I didn’t feel welcomed.Totally empty store but still no one greeted me a welcome.To be honest, small things really don’t matter to me so I just moved on and didn’t think about it.When I was ready to order the lady came and gave me a attitude.Except for saying What can I shell you with?, she said ,”Kid where are you parents?”. I kindly replied back,”Ma’am, to you I might be a kid but to my understandings I know that I’m 14 and that I can order without my parents been available”. Next thing she said was,” Don’t you give me an attitude kid”. I just took it in and just went on with it. She finally decided to take out time to take my order.I ordered a veggie egg white but the lady told me that they didn’t have the crossiant anymore.I decided just to get 6 donuts.When I paid she told the other lady, who was mopping ”Can you come here and get this little kid”. I kindly replied,” Ma’am can you stop calling me something that you might be assuming?”. This was one she got a real attitude. She literally didn’t wash her hands and literally picked up donuts with her bare hands and puts it in the box. She slammed the box on the counter and told me to get out of here.When I was walking out she screamed,”Do t come back here punk”. I just walked out without replying back to that statement. To be honest these are just not words this is my personal experience.I would never recommend this place to any person or family.
