Shake Shack Mall At Millenia

This was our first time here. I asked Teri for help and she was so sweet and helpful. She took the time with all of us and was so friendly and pleasant. The food was good. I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The burgers are like Steak N Shake burgers. The fries omgoodness. The main thing I wished the sodas were cheaper than $3.69.

Customer Service: I visited this location in the evening. The restaurant was clean, and not busy at all. Staff were kind and helpful even near closing time. I ordered using the kiosk which is user-friendly. I received my order pretty quick, within 10 minutes. Food: I ordered a vegan chocolate shake (I searched many restaurants for this option) and original crinkle fries. The shake was exactly what I needed and delicious! I do wish I had fresh fries. I unfortunately realized the fries were not fresh until I left the restaurant. I'd give it another chance though. There are vegetarian options! Overall: 4.5 / 5 for my first experience at a Shake Shack. I'd return again.

This was my first time at a Shake Shack and it will not be my last! The burger was top notch! Nothing fancy, just quality ingredients from the hand-pressed patty to the brioche style bun. Amazing! Fries were crinklecut and the oil was fresh. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Stress-free! Atmosphere was clean and fashionable. The price was right, too! Highly recommended!
