I ordered carry out tonight, Mongolian steak, Crab Wong and edamames. The service was excellent, friendly. When I brought my food home it was packaged nicely, hot, nice portion size, taste great and looked great too! Definitely 5 stars all the way around! The best “fast food” that is not “fast food” at all around! And the prices are more than reasonable for what you get, cooked to serve.

Made an online order for delivery. Got the email but was for pickup. I immediately emailed back to cancel because it was supposed to be delivery and do not charge me. Then called, waited 25 mins. Hung up and tried again 4 times and the next morning. They charged me and I got nothing. Have not been able to connect with them. Very bad service!!

I had a fantastic experience with Andrew at Pei Wei! His service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable. Andrew was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He took our order with precision and accommodated all our preferences flawlessly. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. Andrew deserves five stars for his exceptional service. My experience at this Pei Wei was really good. The food was great, the employees were nice.
I got the beef and broccoli and my boyfriend got the sesame chicken. Both of our meals were fresh and generously portioned!
