Cicis Pizza

Update 12/12/23: It’s been about a year since we’ve been back, but everything is top-notch. We originally were introduced to Cicis back in 2002/2003 when we first moved to Florida. This has always been a buffet we recommend to family and friends from out of state. Management is extremely kind and customer-oriented, especially Victoria. Assuming her name is Victoria from our receipt, she was super friendly and passionate about her work. You can feel it in your conversations with her as well as taste it in the food she preps. We’ve noticed that when she’s the one making the food, she rotates the variety more than others here and continually asking you how everything is and if there’s anything you want. This was probably one of our best experiences at any Cicis. The food was so yummy, fresh and hot off the oven. Tables were cleaned and attended to often and restrooms were surprisingly clean as well. We’re going to make an effort to eat here more often and to order out here as well to support them. After the pandemic crippled a lot of buffets and restaurants in 2020, this is the only Cicis close to us as the next closest one is all the way down near I-drive in the busy tourist area. If you care about keeping businesses like this around, support them! For <$11 for an adult buffet and soda, you’re getting way more than if you purchased a meal at a fast food restaurant which a) isn’t as filling and b) never as fresh. Some other small details I appreciated about the store - Parmesan and crushed red pepper shakers available - Half the store is like a mini-Chuck E Cheese with arcade games, tickets and prize redemption - Marinara and Alfredo sauces available for the pasta or dipping your pizzas - Fresh vegetables, although I think they could improve by stocking up the salad bar more often - Lemon juice packets to add to your drinks - Perfectly sized desserts. I remember when they used to make the apple pizzas or cinnamon rolls and they were a bit large and so I noticed a lot of patrons not finishing and tossing them. Great to see they’ve made it smaller so less goes to waste. Overall 10/10 in taste and experience. We’ll make a conscious effort to come her more often. Original review: Delicious pizza for the price. Only a few Cici's are open in Central Florida making it quite difficult to find unless you're near I-drive or MCO airport. Jose was super friendly and helpful when we visited. Hopefully they stick around for a while.

When i walked in i was immediately greeted by the staff and i felt welcomed. i haven’t been to cicis pizza since i was a young girl and being back was so refreshing especially when i was greeted by cashier. Kaley was very friendly while still attending my friends and me. Overall great experience and i really enjoyed the arcade games being inside the restaurant. i will definitely be visiting again soon.

It's CiCi's Pizza. No different from any other location, but i noticed that the person that's supposed to be cleaning tables doesn't come around often and also they over charged me, by charging me adult prices for my children. I didn't fuss or make a scene, but i thought that was kinda f'd up. Otherwise it was a fine experience. (This is based off two visits at this location.)

This place is actually great. Buffet is affordable, even as a college student I for sure plan to come back here. Place is cleaned consistently so I wasn’t worried about finding a clean seat. Victoria was at the register and she was great to interact with. The food is really good, fresh, and hot. Coming back whenever I need to eat something hands down. 🔥

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the local Cicis pizzeria and it was truly the best Cicis experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and their positive energy was contagious. One thing that immediately caught my attention was how impeccably clean the entire restaurant was. The tables were spotless, the floors were shiny, and even the restrooms were tidy. It's always delightful to dine in a clean environment, and Cicis certainly exceeded my expectations in that regard. Now let's talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I even begin? The pizza selection at this particular Cicis location was truly impressive. They had a wide variety of freshly made pizzas, ranging from classic options like pepperoni and cheese to more adventurous toppings like BBQ chicken and buffalo ranch. Each slice was generously topped and bursting with flavorful ingredients. It was clear that the pizzas were made with care and attention to detail. But the good news doesn't end there. The Cicis experience wouldn't be complete without mentioning their amazing salad bar. It was abundantly stocked with crisp, fresh greens, an array of colorful vegetables, and a fantastic selection of dressings. As someone who appreciates a good salad, this was a dream come true. I was able to create a customized salad to accompany my pizza, which made for a perfectly balanced meal. The service throughout my visit was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, always making sure that the buffet was well-stocked and that everyone had everything they needed. They were quick to refill drinks and promptly cleared used plates from tables. Their genuine hospitality added to the overall enjoyable experience at Cicis. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this local Cicis pizzeria enough. The outstanding service, friendly and happy staff, cleanliness, and delicious food make it a top-choice dining destination for pizza lovers like myself. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a casual family meal, this Cicis location is definitely worth a visit.
