This theater is the only movie theater i love going. The people that work there are super friendly. They have a variety of alcoholic drinks in the bar if you drink. The seats at the theater are comfortable even if you dint get recliners chairs, prices are really convenient if you go before 3pm. It is a really great place to go kids as well and to have a good time

A very remarkable cinema.
A lot of halls where different films are shown, a comfortable room, friendly staff.
Large convenient parking.
And next to all sorts of wonders in the style of Disney, there is where to take a walk.

Great theater complex with options for dine-in, premium format, and regular auditorium choices.
The Dolby Cinema here is probably my favorite theater in the area. It's a giant, 2-story movie watching slice of heaven.
Concession options are pretty typical; popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, etc... The Coca-Cola freestyle machines are great. The pricing is a bit high, higher than the competition.
Dine in options for good are pretty solid with a nice variety of offerings. Everything I've ever had is actually pretty good too. Again, a little pricey but not overwhelmingly so.

Huge AMC, with a fine-in experience and around 25 screens showing all the latest blockbusters and movies that are out at the moment. You’ll need the AMC app to order food on your phone, but a note for those international travellers - you won’t be able to get this without logging into the US App Store. If this isn’t an option or you can’t to it, don’t worry. Find your seat, then head back out to the foyer. There are self-service screens for food ordering which is pretty quick and simple to use, then head back in and wait, and someone will be along real quick.

We are AMC stubs members and love watching movies. Since we live so close to Disney Springs, this is our go to theater. It’s always clean and well stocked. We love Disney so where else would we be Stubs members and watch our movies other than here! We love this place and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Pretty much like most AMC’s, for the most part. Very cool location. I don’t hardly ever complain about an AMC and we have the membership. Seats and tables were very dirty and the audio was pretty low for an action movie. We go to movies probably once a week and for such an exotic location it was pretty disappointing. Definitely points for atmosphere and there was literally a party going on outside when our movie was finished. Step it up a bit and would definitely be one of the coolest theaters in the country. So far Easton in Ohio takes the cake…

Wow!
This is a movie theater 😳😍
I was not expecting this at all, this place was huge, multiple concession stands, multiple bathroom’s & multiple places to sit for the long walk to your theater 😂
AMC seems to have standard concession pricing so that’s good. Staff were nice & helpful, ID was checked , & parking was free.
I only had ONE complaint & it was the seating in my particular theater, it didn’t have the leather reclining seats the seats only titled back, slightly.

I watched “Barbie” in Theater 12 in Laser on a Friday night.
Tickets:
I recommend getting your movie ticket early a few hours before it starts because weekends can get busy, especially at a tourist location. Dine-in movie was sold out 2 hrs before 9pm showtime.
I originally ordered tickets through the AMC app for an earlier showing at 9pm for Laser instead of 11 pm. Before I upgraded to Premiere membership ($15), I paid $5 in service fees that are non-refundable. If you’re not sure about making a movie on-time or like flexibility, there are no ticket exchanges but you can get refunded.
Concession:
First, their staff was very nice to me! You can tell they were doing their best to get through the crowd rush.
Their system confuses me on where to start & how they serve food. You can mobile order your snacks ahead of time or you can pay first. Then you self-serve your popcorn & then pick up the rest of your order at the other register.
If you have AMC stubs (free loyalty program) you get a free large popcorn. With Premiere you get a free large popcorn & large drink ($20 value). It was my birthday that week so I was happy to get both ! :)
Bar:
Simple bar with beer & few drink options. I didn’t think my cocktail tasted that great, but to each their own. My friend said they were about $15 each (could be different). Pricy but that’s to be expected at movies.
Theater location & venue:
Personally, I liked the theater’s location at Disney!
It looks cool from outside & inside. It is a high volume & old theater, yet still looked okay to me.
Theater 12:
It’s the last showing of the night. It was clean enough lol
Laser theater has seats that are not reclining or spacious seats but many smaller seats to fit more people into the theater. Sound and picture quality were good to me. I’m not a cinema snob; I had fun watching my movie.
Despite free garage parking, it is a hassle to park & there’s traffic. I have been to more luxurious theaters but this is at a cool location. Lots of options for dining & shopping before watching a movie.
I would definitely come back !

Large theater to watch your favorite movies at in Disney Springs. Very busy location so be sure to order your tickets online well before the movie starts.

While we were in Florida, we decided to go to Jurassic Park at this theater. I used to come here often when we came here on vacations and when I lived in Celebration for two years. It seems like the seats, room decor and sound have been changed for the better. But, the food selection and disorganization of the concession stand and employees was awful. For the staff and chaos, I would give 2 stars. For the movie experience, I would give 5 stars. The seats have heat in them, which was a nice surprise. It automatically turns off after a certain time and you just push the button again. There are two heat settings.
We parked in the Orange garage and that was free and we got plenty of steps in since we parked on top. :-) We bought our tickets online and just used the QR code on my cell phone to enter the theater, no problem there. Cost was $34.70 for two adults.
We had 10 minutes until the movie started. My guy was used of the pre-Covid way, which was to come to your seats and take your order. But, when I looked around in the theater, I saw staff bringing food, but not taking orders, so I asked a fellow movie goer what the process was to order food and he said yo have to go to the concession stand and order, OK, no problem. We get in line and we're looking at the menu (which I forgot to take a picture of) and almost nothing was available, literally. :-)
We walk up to a slightly rude cashier and I pick the chicken tenders and fries and he picks the burger and fries. They were out of normal size drinks, so we decide to share a large, which is the only size available. Total cost $43.63. They add a .99 delivery fee, but don't tell you about it. There wasn't a place to add a tip and I don't know what the custom is, so I'm assuming the delivery fee is for that?
The food was good, not great. They did give two sauces (ranch and honey mustard) for the tenders and fries. They bring plastic utensils in a wrapper. The drink was brought out first and then the food about 10 minutes later, which makes sense.
My advice, buy your tickets online and don't buy anything while you're there (unless you enjoy being frustrated). :-) I would go back, but only to watch a movie.

Comfortable, roomy multiscreen theatre in Disney Springs complex. Free parking in adjacent garage. Bag check from garage into Disney springs. Couple of theatres have dining options to order from the concession stand or your seat & have food delivered during movie. Very comfortable, reclining, heated seats.

Been to see two films whilst we were at Disney on holiday. It provides the perfect midday break away from the sun and a rest from the constant walking of the parks. We went in one huge theatre and one small one. Staff were all lovely.
Always hear a lot about the snack selection at American theatres and this was fairly lacking. They do have the hot food option but I’d just love more American chocolate and candy options. The chairs although comfy in the screens are a little tired and need some attention.
Doors are hinged open to each screen and if you’re watching a quiet film then you’ll need to shut it as the latest superhero is at 1000% volume from across the hall and disrupts your experience.

I had an incredible experience at AMC Movie Theatre in Disney Springs! This place deserves a solid 5 stars. Buying tickets through their app in advance was a game-changer; it made entering a breeze and ensured great seats. I especially loved reserving seats and pre-ordering food—such a time-saver! Despite the cold temperature (AC works well!), the heated seats kept me cozy throughout the movie. And those reclining leather chairs? Absolute luxury. Can't wait to return for another movie night!
