Possibly my favorite place to eat. Love the atmosphere! And their Hungarian beef stew is, hands down, the best soup I’ve had in my life! Not to mention the friendly, family owned vibe :)
My father has eaten at Shannon's Cafe almost every day (if not twice a day) since my mother passed away in 2000. The food is great home-style cooking at a reasonable price. The staff makes everyone feel like family. It is good to know that my dad has this place to go to every day and know he is being fed well and taken good care of each visit. Thank you to the Shannon family and to their wonderful staff!
By no means would i consider myself a critic but this is THE PLACE to go if you want a good home-cooked meal wothout paying a lot. They also have the best PRIME-RIB dinner in town according to a co-worker of mine!

Shannon has changed ownership , yet most reviews and photos on here , are of the old Shannon and the old menu . I have now been there twice and love it. Prices are very reasonable , menu has a good variety of breakfast , sandwiches and dinner/lunch plates . Everything we have tried is very good and also good portions . Service was good , you order at the counter and they bring the food to you . The ambiance has changed and the restaurant is brighter and less clattered . I am posting a photo of the current menu , but they told me that some items may change. They also have some good specials from time to time . I will for sure keep going here ! I would describe Shannon as a no-frills dinner, nothing too fancy and no surprises with the food we ordered. Still found it comforting and a lovely staff that was very friendly.
Great local breakfast spot. A real locals dinner…you can tell the staff knows most of the customers and they have all been around a while. Good food at a really good price.
Food tastes homemade and delicious! Great service in a clean place. Not overpriced. After you order in line first, you fill your own drink around the corner. Then, the waitress brings your order to your table where you chose to sit, etc...
I’m always nervous of mom & pop restaurants, but this place is great! You walk in and feel like you went back in time to a place where everyone is friendly and the food is good. It’s a counter order and delivery system which is efficient. By all means make sure you get the blueberry pie. Great place and on my list for regular dining now.
Shannon’s reminded me there are still places I can get a wonderfully filling breakfast for under $10. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 eggs with cranberry juice. In two more words: Deliciously Satisfying. Colin the owner was extremely personable and welcoming. My hope is to make this place a regular haunt. The menu is worth exploring and with some delectable deserts. So if you think there is only big food chains out there just WAIT. Get to Shannon’s Casual Cafe
Simple and elegant. To my delight this place is a gem in the local small business industry. Greeted immediately by owner with a smile and a wide menu full of lunch and dinner options at an astounding affordable prices. If you want a trip back into time with delicious food and an Irish twist. Shannon’s Casual Cafe is the best choice.
Came across this place by accident, and I'm impressed by the quality of the food! It was excellent. Ordered pot roast and liver with onion, both were homemade and tasted like it. Would definitely recommend! Kudos to the chef!

First time having breakfast here with my daughter, and we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly, coffee was fresh, and the food was spot on. I would definitely recommend and will for sure be back!
I have never eaten every piece steak and fat on my plate. This was amazing and couldn't leave a bite. When my fiance drove up to the front of the building I was confused wondering why he was taking me to a cafe. Definitely underestimated where I was going. Blueberry pie was very great as well.
