Piazza Italia Lake Nona

We came in around 8 p.m. The restaurant was not too busy. No one greeted us at the door. We sat and our server came by about 5 minutes later. He apologized about the wait. We ordered a sangria. It was delicious. We also ordered the clams and garlic bread. The clams had no flavor whatsoever. The garlic bread tasted delicious but soggy, not crispy at all. We ordered two pizzas. The server came back and asked if we wanted the check after the pizza before we got the pizza. I said no, we're going to have dessert as well. He took our dessert order and then our dessert came out before our pizza. The desserts are delicious 10/10. I asked him to box the pizzas to go. I would be willing to try this place out again if we're in the area. Overall, it's an ok experience and I can't say how the pizza is as I haven't tried it.

By far one of the best restaurants in Lake Nona and even Orlando. They make their bread and dough in house and use quality ingredients. We discovered this place about six years ago since we moved here and have come back many times. The cappuccino and tiramisu are to die for. This is what a true food experience should be like.

My favorite restaurant in Lake Nona! If you want to feel like your dining in Italy this is the place. Authentic Italian food, good portions, and the pizza is DELICIOUS. What I love the most is the atmosphere, the owners treat you like family and the staff are attentive. It’s like no other dining experience I’ve had in the area!

This place seems very legit. Everything tastes fresh and simple. They did what they can to make cuisine as close to Italia as they could. Their pizza dough is chewy and crusty at the same time, their pastas are simple yet elegant at the same time. Loved everything I ordered today (8 items). Would recommend.

Absolutely the best real Italian pizza in Orlando! The family is from Napoli, Italy and the authenticity of the pizza is a good testament to their mastery in pizza making! The atmosphere is family-like and you will feel welcome from the moment you walk in! When I miss my beautiful country, I come here and have a taste of Italy! Could not recommend it more!

I fervently am typically against ordering pasta out at restaurants. I've been here twice now. I've gotten pasta both times and LOVED IT!! Both times food has been fantastic! From the calamari, their bread, their pasta, and pizza, it's all been phenomenal. Can't recommend this place enough. And the staff has been just as great both times. Food came out FAST and FRESH. You can taste the freshness. And speaking of staff, all the servers are great, but there a super sweet older woman there, I think an owner, she is an absolute sweetheart. She loved seeing our 9 month old son the 1st time, she actually goes around and talks to people and is a real pleasure to have her walk around. I have not a single complaint about this place, I would give 10 stars if I could. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Orlando.
