Panera Bread

We spent 29.03 , see attached receipts, an Asian looking lady, catelia / katelia, with ear pieces had black top, jeans plum, big build, served us we gave 40.00 and said keep the change. She pocketed the money . We tired to see if the owners could check on camera, but staff accidentally have broken camera not replaced. No change was put in charity box. Absolutely disgusting.

This establishment was one of the better Paneras that I have visited. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful when ordering. The atmosphere was very inviting and filled with customers enjoying a good meal. This is a great place to get a sandwich and finish some studying or write a paper as well as looking to have a pleasant family dinner. I would highly recommend the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl. It was delicious!

NOTE: The register proms for a tip option and according to our cashier, the tips do not go to the workers, rather to the restaurant (so ask the question before tipping via card purchase). Review: Great service and the food was very good. Dropping 1 star due to cleanliness issues. The drink station was a mess and several tables needed wiping. We used napkins to clean our table. Overall I would recommend this place.

I walked in around 11:50am, which is a perfect time cuz no one is off for lunch yet! I ordered my Mac n Cheese and sandwich to go. I got back to my car and drove for about 5 min before stopping in shade to eat. Maybe things have changed and I didn't notice before but..... I was shocked to see only ½ the container full of Mac n Cheese. The ½ turkey, avocado, BLT sandwich was a mess. Some of the avocado didn't look to great. But, I understand how mine look at home so.... all ok with sandwich. I was really just shocked about the Mac n Cheese. Anyone else see a lesser amount?

Desiree working the front counter was very sweet and my Frappuccino & toasted bagel got to me very quickly. As someone who previously worked at a Panera (10 years ago) I was delighted by how kind the Manager was about catering question! Social distancing is maintained and everything is kept very clean!
