Great Poolside Bar/Grill. If you're staying at the resort or just in the area, stop by Gatorville for a drink or a meal. It's an oasis in the middle of Orlando's busiest tourist spots.
Gatorville is themed old-school Florida, with fishing nets and wooden paddle boats suspended above the wicker seating. Above the large bar, an even bigger stuffed alligator stares down at you. Tourists must get a kick out of that one. It was a beautiful evening and after enjoying a couple of umbrella-topped bowls of "Swamp Water," we settled down at a long table overlooking the pool area, and the gracious staff presented dish after dish of amazing.
I was invited to try the new Gatorville Pool Bar & Restaurant at Wyndham Orlando Resort. The Wyndham Orlando is a sprawling hotel at the intersection of International Drive and Sand Lake Road. They are currently under renovations and will eventually be connected to the new I-Drive Live complex that is being built on the site once occupied by the Mercado mall. I was quickly escorted to the pool when I arrived at the Wyndham. The Gatorville Pool Bar overlooks two of the swimming pools at the hotel and I was greeted with appetizers.These included shrimp and veggie spring rolls as well as skewers of beef and chicken satay. The appetizers were good, but much better food was on the way. A tray of sushi and summer rolls were soon served to the table. The dinner was described as having Floribbean style foods, but so far everything had an Asian theme. I was good with that and always enjoy some sushi. Made a quick trip to Orlando and wanted to eat some alligator and this place came up so we tried it out. It was great!
Wow I went here for girls in wonderland and I have to say the bartender made the experience even better. Katia and Angelica were just amazing serving so many people and keeping us calm. The food was great I end up having wings and pizza.
We're staying at the resort for the week. This morning we walked over for breakfast, my two daughters and I. The staff were prompt in greeting me, and explaining to me the menu is not available but rather a buffet.
Kids 5 and under eat free, so I paid for myself and left a tip of course.
The food was hot and fresh. I will likely eat there each morning this week, since the food was good, also so I don't have to venture far. They had fruit, build your own oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, toasts/jams and cereal available to choose from.
The cafe is all outdoors and over looks the pool. My 4 year old love send the squirrels play in the nearby tree's.
Resort hotel. T.v.s with college games nice comfortable atmosphere and a few San Adam Seasonal beers worked great.

This time we traveled to this establishment and my review is nothing but positive, the area was very clean and the food was outstanding, the drink specials were cheaper than most other establishments in the area and I would advise getting the Pina Colada. The restaurant has an amazing pool side of you as well as a view of Icon Park . The music did not play too loud to where you could not have a conversation but was still loud enough that you could listen in and catch a good vibe . Our bartender was good spirited and full of good energy and definitely made the best drink we have had in Orlando and I do not say that lightly, the drink was not sugary nor was it lacking alcohol, definitely a bargain deal for $11 a cup.. the manager was very attentive and definitely made every customer feel like they were welcome and appreciated . Our experience in Orlando has varied every time we've come back to visit but this restaurant truly gets an A+ five-star review in my opinion. We ordered wings and they were not overdone and had a good Smoky taste to them and as you know I very much enjoy a smokey wing. I would highly advise staying at the Wyndham International Drive Resort and please come and see our friends at the gatorville bar and grill. Of all the places we have visited over the years we definitely agree that this is an establishment we would return to time and time again as a first choice.

Really good and really fresh. The portion was humongous. People there are wonderful. The manager, Fidel, is awesome. The wait staff is always attentive and pleasant.
Amazing experience and up close encounters with alligators. Funny and impressive shows. And many more wild animals to see. Very fun place to spend with the family and kids.
Great service and my food was delicious. I had the margherita flat bread. Had some visitors during my meal (a few ducks). 😂
Very Nice and Friendly service, Very nice breakfast every morning i stayed in the resort. Also nice lunches. Everything always clean just overall very nice. I highly recommended.
I only ate here for breakfast, since I usually skip lunch and ate dinner at the various restaurants on I-Drive. Very nice selection! The fruit was always fresh, and the scrambled eggs are actually real, not the fake egg substitute you get at cheaper hotels. The coffee was good but it's a little better at Starbuck's which is right next door. Overall, a nice poolside place to enjoy breakfast!
