Panera Bread

Food was excellent. Love their new vegetable soup and the sandwich was great. Had a little problem with the bill as the computer did not subtract the $2 special discount being offered for a Pick Two. When I noticed it, I took it back to the cashier. She had to call her supervisor to help. It took a couple tries but I finally got the discount I was supposed to have. I love their food!

Ii was in-line today and the blond cashier was very polite. She had a very polite smile. This made me feel like I was very welcomed into your store. I have been in a few times and the name of the female is Terra. That's name that's on her name tag. She remembered my name and what i had bought last time i was in. I love Panera Bread,but that sweet girl working alone behind the register,her smile and just the good will she had, it made my day! You have a great employee there Panera Bread!

This Panera is the one closest to my office so we often place "Rapid Pickup Orders" through their website for the office usually at least 10 of us order so there are quite a few meals in our bag by the time I go to pick up, today I placed the order and wrote each persons name in the "Prepared for" section and when I picked up our order every persons lunch was in their own bag stapled closed and with their name on the front. This made my task of sorting and handing out lunches a breeze when I got back to the office, this Panera rocks!! Thank you for your awesome customer service! Not to mention everything was 100% accurate which doesn't happen at a lot of other places we try for lunch.
