What I like as you can see the fresh chicken being grilled over a fire. It's not processed meat. It's not fake. And the taste is delicious 😋
Sometimes you have to be patient as they can get busy get there by 11:30 for faster service!
And you don't have to break the bank😇

I love Pollo Tropical especially this store. the food is really good. Great taste! The customer service is the best. Every time I visit a restaurant I like to be greeted with a smile and a kind word and I always find that in this store. Cashier Sally is the best, she is very kind and friendly. The lady who served me the food, named Tania, was also very attentive and fast. I recommend this store 100%.

Drove from the Kissimmee location to this one because of bad customer service at the other location. Everyone was extremely nice but Tamika was the best. They ran out of curry mustard but Tamika literally ran to the back to make some new ones. This is the kind of customer that makes people’s days just a little bit better. Hope pollo continues to hire and retain these type of employees.

Pollo Tropical is a great place to eat with a grill on the spot their meats are cooked on premises. The one comment I've is that staff need chill out while busy and keep everyone at ease and smooth. I really missed the sause stand. Otherwise all good.

I got the guava empanadas which tasted like toaster strudels and I absolutely LOVED THEM I also got a crispy chicken Tropichop. It was fantastic food for a great price $12 for the meal and snack. This was one of the best places I found to eat while on my vacation!

Food was awesome and the service was excellent. Will say they do a much better job if you walk in rather than going through the drive thru. The chicken was fresh and the sauces were delicious. We got the whole chicken family meal. Only complaint is the fried plantains and yucca are special sides and they cost about $4 a pop, I feel like they should be included with the other sides. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean too but had no paper towels. Will come back!
