Longhorn Steakhouse

Went here with a very large party (12 people), and we were seated in a good amount of time. Appetizers and the entree came out in great timing! Our server was efficient, polite, and sociable. Everyone got the correct order, and nothing was sent back. My 6oz sirloin was cooked to a beautiful medium temperature and was very juicy and tender for this cut. There was slightly too much salt added, but you can always order without and add it yourself. The broccoli was steamed perfectly, and the cinnamon sugar sweet potato with butter was just the pairing I needed for my sirloin.

Update 12/6/2023 Food quality was less than usual. Outlaw ribeye cut had a lot of silver skin and was difficult to cut. I couldn't tell if the Brussels were burnt or if that was by design, but my usual favorite side was no longer my favorite. Service was great. Great ribeye cooked perfectly. Jackson was our server and was great. Delicious margarita as well.

I wish I could have had a more decent deal after driving for 4.5 hours. The forks had food debris and the plate had dry water/detergent stains, which ruined my appetite. I cannot believe where the review score of 4.5 (out of 5) came from. Disappointing! But but, the dessert prevented me from giving lower scores.

This was one of the best meals and experiences we’ve had to date at any Longhorn restaurants chain. Tiara our server was very sweet and friendly. She was right on point with our drink refills and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything plenty of times. Salads were delicious and loaded with topping. The steak was cooked perfectly as well as nicely marbled and seasoned to perfection. We had nothing to complain about. Thanks again to Tiara for your kind service!
