Very cute and cozy restaurant. A warm morning feel. The waitresses and other staff are very kind. Cleaned plates quickly and checked in regularly.
I went two days. The first day, I did a la carte. I got the steak, eggs, and potatoes. It was pretty good. The eggs are a little plain, but nothing some salt and pepper can't help. The steak was tender but thin. The potatoes were amazing. Fresh, crispy, and seasoned. It was about $27, so it was fairly priced. I would get it again.
The second day, I tried the buffet. It has some pretty decent choices. Lots of fruit choices. Pancakes were a little dry. Omelet was good. Potatoes are not as good as the a la carte. It was about 30 per person a little more with the service charge. Would I recommend it? Probably not because the price didn't match the quality.
Delicious food both buffet and a la carte. Had a wonderful waitress named jojo, be sure to ask for her. Amazing service 👍🏼 Had a delightful time!
Best breakfast selection for me the whole trip! Had everything I loved and we were served by this wonderful waitress Viviana I believe was her name♡
Fast, courteous, great service. Prices are reasonable, food is fine. VWhen you factor in the cost to get anywhere in the area and have to wait an hour to get seated elsewhere, why spend three times as much in time and money when the Tropicale provides a great atmosphere for groups who want to enjoy conversation with dinner?
Bruschetta was amazing! Almost canceled my entré to get 5 more orders of it instead. Glad I didn’t though b/c the portobello wrap was quite tasty, and my wife tucked into the lobster ravioli with gusto. With two glasses of Guinness Stout & two desserts (also very good) the total tab was $100, so a bit pricy but worth it. Waiter was good humored, friendly & prompt. 👍👍
We had the burger and the half slab of ribs. Both were very good and the staff was attentive. Price wasn't bad.
Very acceptable for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a bit spendy, but the 24 hour aspect was great when we needed to eat after 11pm. Good food, good drinks.
The sweet potato squash soup is phenomenal! The ribs were good too. Good and quick service.
Execellent Thanksgiving buffet!My husband and I have been going for the years and we absolutely love it!!The food and decor is amazing!!Excellent customer service as well.
