Food was quick after mobile ordering. Staff was friendly. Got seated, restroom was available and clean! Food was great and price was good for the food we got!
(Chicken with rice and beans, fries, ribs). Recommended!

This place is perfect, but it could be better. A traditional, sit down restaurant with theming similar to the way rainforest café does it would be amazing and would honestly be a better hit than even mythos. I don't know, food for thought for universal if you guys are watching these reviews. 👀🤞

The staff is very friendly and caring. The GM, Gerald, personally greeted us and addressed all our allergy concerns and assured that what we ordered was completely safe. That put us at ease.

Best sit down food options at Universal hands down. Make sure you setup to mobile order, then find a table and order up.
Needs to have water tap fixed on the dining room side. Otherwise the atmosphere would be rated higher.

Great food but I recommend you wait till you eat your biggest meal. Portions are generous. Bathrooms clean dining area large and air-conditioned so you get a nice break after a lot of walking. Oh say hi to the lil birdies that fly in and peck at the crumbs that fall on the floor 😎

The food is amazing. And it says this was voted the best theme park restaurant and I see why. The atmosphere is amazing and the service and food is on point. You have to make a reservation usually a day ahead of time. But it’s worth the price, which isn’t terrible. The ac works soooo well in here too.

The food was so good. The rotisserie chicken was nice a juicy. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. The potato’s were really good as well. We ordered it on the app which made it pretty easy and quick. There were no lines so that’s a plus.
