Update 10/31/2023: A manager reached out to apologize and she was very kind and attentive with hearing about my experience and my suggestions. Hopefully all works out and I'll be back to eat again. Thank you for reaching out. They're only getting two stars because of the fact that I've managed to eat here before and the food is good. Unfortunately though, last night I could not eat here because I could not even be seated. I ended up walking out just like many others did before and after me. One thing I'll never understand is not acknowledging your customers. There was a line so long of us waiting that it blocked the entire entrance and two doors. One young lady working for everyone, plenty of tables available that were clean but we never got seated. My recommendation to the management team, hire more employees for the night shift. At the least, have your employees seat the customers waiting so they can relax/look at the menu, instead of standing at the door for 10 minutes and getting frustrated until they leave hungry. Food is always great, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is always maintained. I'll give the credit where it's due.

Well I went to IHOP around 3:15 am, they told us we could only order, no dining . That's a shock for me. I ordered a big steak omelette with a side of hash brown. The presentation was good but the steak was rubbery and had no taste, my hash brown had a lot of grease and was not crispy on top. My partner said his Chicken fingers were good. There were 7 people ordering and the cook worked very fast.
