Service was excellent as soon as I walked in the door. The hostess and server were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Food was delicious and came to the table fast. Restaurant was clean and well maintained which made it comfortable to eat here. I would definitely recommend this IHOP.
Initially I almost walked out cause of previous reviews. However Food was just like other iHops. Only about two servers around 3pm, But they were very attentive. Don’t be a rude client cause someone’s English is not perfect, América runs of immigrant ancestry. 🇺🇸

Really nice place, very clean in every way. The most pristine restrooms that I've been in my stay at Orlando by far. Michelle and the lady that gave me and my grandma a seat were very nice such as everyone in the restaurant. The food was as good as it can get, I really recommend this place.
One of the best omelets that I've had in awhile. Robert was the only server working tonight when we were there and he did an amazing job. He was even doing most of the cooking as well as waiting on the tables and customers.
After a day in the parks we just wanted breakfast for dinner - late dinner. Pulling in it was rather "lonely" looking. We asked some people outside the door if it was opened - she laughed and said 24 hours dear. We parked and the trolley driver mentioned there was only one person there so ..... Ro
We came here after HHN, and we were very impressed with the service. Honestly, it is the best IHOP we have been to in some time. Quick service, friendly staff, and the food was made properly to our order.
This a better place than the other close to it you will know. I just notice that pancakes are not included with the breakfast platters or we for got to ask?? This is more clean and presented than the one at International Dr.
I ordered new york cheesecake pancakes which so yummy and topped with strawberries and whipped cream which enhanced the flavours.
Service was pretty good.
Next, i customised my plate with hash brown and one sunny side up egg as both as my favourites.

I can't complain about IHOP, everything was good that I ordered, the waffle was average in flavor, everything else was great. The wait staff were excellent, Jerry and Briana looked after me in an excellent fashion and got my food to me very quickly. The coffee tasted like coffee, not going to win
We came In around 11:25am on a Sunday morning so wait was advised to be 45 min and we waited 40 minutes which was no problem. Emma attended us and sat us at our table she was awesome
And handled the front great given there was over 20 people coming and going for
Doordash, to be seated and whatnot. W
Food is always good here and comes out pretty fast! Its exactly what you'd expect from an IHOP! Servers are always very friendly and fast here! IHOP is always a solid option for food at any time of the day
Dana is amazing. Super sweet and nice. Food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes. She even suggested a tray for our baby.
I just want to give a BIG shout out to Mr.Robert . He was SO patient with me when I called. I was torn between the bourbon bacon eggs Benedict and the veggie pesto Benedict , I decided to ask for a remix of the 2 together . And Robert obliged! He even went out of his way to see which way made sense
