The crab & shrimp pasta is on point!! So good. Wasn't busy when we arrived, seated right away, service was great & I was a happy camper when I left, with leftovers. 😋 Try the pasta!!

I loved Joe's Crab Shack. The food was very delicious and they serve A LOT. The atmosphere is beautiful, you feel like you are in a place that it's in front of the ocean. Service was great. Definitely I will visit again

We loved this place. First time visiting one while on vacation. Food was excellent, service was exceptional. There’s not many places I could joke around with my waiter like I did here. Comfortable and fantastic. Will return in the future on trips to the area.

we recently took a girls weekend trip to Orlando. and our waitress was absolutely amazing, she had the best energy and was so helpful, the food was outstanding, very clean restaurant, my granddaughter went crazy for the smores cake, infact the portion was so huge that all 3 of us enjoyed it, we had an absolute great time, I wish I could recall our servers name, she was the best

Food is good, however they served wrong dishes for 2 times. Whatever, tasty.

I was very excited to see a Joe’s crab shack, because lots of them have closed down. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was also great. The restaurant was very clean. Service was very great. We had a boil bag and a fried seafood plate. Everything tasted amazing.

Go see Keith - he really hustled to cover our table when our original waitress disappeared- crab was great - my drink was weak but tasty. We really loved the s’mores dessert! Fun atmosphere- would come again !!

The food, as always was awesome!!!! Crab was delicious and steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. Our server, Omar was one of the best we have ever had anywhere. He obviously likes his job and does it very, very well, and is very friendly as well

First time eating at Joe's. Food was really good. Good job to the chefs. The only thing is, that I asked for coffee and the server said,"I'll see if there is any made." Came back and said, "there is no coffee made." Was waiting to see if server was going to say, "I will make." Nope never did!!!!!! Really!!!!! Service needs to work on there customer service skills.

Dropped in for late lunch. Sat in the bar area where just the bartender is on duty. She rocked it!! We had far better service than many other places we’ve eaten lately. Food was hot and quick as well.

Great service by Dave at the bar - read my mind before the thoughts were fully formed. I was in the mood for crab and while it was clearly from-frozen, I enjoyed every bite! Ragin' Cajun did not disappoint. Portion was huge -
I was sad to leave so much on the plate. Would definitely be back. Satisfied the craving and the service was great!

Much fun good time and loved the food. We went on a girls trip and was a great night. We went twice - our waitress Stacy and then Taylor were great servers. Fun with the bibs and loved the birthday songs. 1st week of May 2015 (have a Hurricane!)

Worst Joe's ever...yuck. So happy to find a Joe's near us so off we went for a great time..didn't happen. Food was warm at best the sauce was broken and grainy and topping was hard and stale on the lobster and shrimp hush puppy mess not to mention way under seasoned and way over priced for what the customer gets. We were seated by the bar in a booth which was great by us, our waitress Blaire was terrible when we asked about the different craft beers she replied I don't drink you have to ask the bartenders so we did they were both awesome helpful and friendly giving a small sample and asking what we thought (great salesmen) when the next couple was seated behind us Blaire told them which beer she liked and came across with the opposite story for them do not care either way but wish she was consistent with her sales pitch, she brought no silverware and had to be reminded twice after taking order she only pass by booth talking but walking fast so there was no way to tell her about the dishes, but catered to the booths on either side. Total was $84.17 for NOTHING and with the location and guests standing in the doorway for 20 plus minutes with no management in sight. Have always loved dining at Joe's but will never be back to this location Memphis has a great establishment and could definitely train your cooks and waitresses.

Great experience!. My boyfriend and I went tonight for dinner and it was great. Our server Monica was great. Super personable and right on top of refills and checking on us. To the person complaining about how the "pots aren't as full of food as the picture indicates" does your Big Mac look like the commercial? Both my bf andI agreed we got plenty of food. I eeven had leftovers. Definitely a great experience we will do again the next time we are in the Orlando/ International drive area.

Worst restaurant ever.. My husband and I had a terrible experience. We went to Orlando for vacation and where looking for a goof seafood restaurant. We decided on Joe crab Shack because of the distance, but what a bad decision. The decor and the ambiance is horrible. It felt very dirty. The service was even worse our waitress finally came after 10 minutes of us waiting. Charlene (our waitress) was very rude she did not introduce herself or even smile. Not friendly at all. It took 37 minutes for our food to come and it was 11:30 pm 30 minutes before closing and the restaurant was almost empty. Our waitress was the worst. She never checked up on us. The food was ok i did not even finish my salmon. I will never go there again. and way over priced for such bad food.

Misleading Menu. The steam pots displayed on the menu appear to come loaded, however, that's not the case. The food is placed on a regular plate and put inside the steam pot. I ordered the the Ragin Cajun thinking that for $27.00 I was going to get a hearty meal...not so, I was absolutely furious having paid $70.00 and still feeling hungry.

My wife and I will never return to this tourist trap.

You suck, take too long I live here and your bartender are weak. I know your not NYC but it's the truth.

HORRIBLE...!!! We waited 1..... HORRIBLE...!!!
We waited 1.5 hrs for our food and when it came my crab cakes were burnt. Never again! Don't go here!!!!!

Not Impressed With Joe or His Crab Shack. Our server Frankie, was very good. Personable, and attentive to his customers and our children. The food on the other hand was not very good. We had the crab nachos, the steak and malibu shrimp and house salads. The salads were typical average salads, the nachos were under dressed and lacked ingredients. The steak was cooked properly, though thin and I thought the shrimp were undersized. Not a restaurant I would return to.

We had a lovely time at joes crab shack. My Partner ordered the bucket of king crab and loved it. The waitress we had was friendly and helpful. I recommend the hush puppies.

Excellent service, family atmosphere.. Great experience !
Seafood was very good! The buckets are huge portions. We couldn't decide on where to eat, we were very happy that we picked Joe's. Kids playground, outside seating available, and even had a balloon artist.
On a dad note, 22 oz beer mug was served quickly and kept full.

Bad Experience. Recently ate at the Joe's Crab Shack on International Drive in Orlando in December 2011. Let's put it bluntly - I would never return. Portion sizes were extremely small, meals did not resemble the pictures on the menu, food was delivered cold, drinks were watered down and overfilled with ice. Paid $100 for a family of four and we all left hungry. I had to take my husband to BK for a whopper. Extremely disappointed in the service.... the wait staff were all too busy dancing which is most likely why all of our meals were delivered cold. My advice is to go to Bonefish or Fishbones to spend your hard earned money and get a real seafood dining experience.

Best Service Experience. My boyfriend visited me last Thursday from Tampa since I now live in Orlando and attend UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He has never been to a Joe's Crab Shack and since I love Joe's I thought it would be a great idea to grab some dinner there. It was a rainy and gloomy night so I was a little upset since this was the first day since I have moved to Orlando that it had rained all day. When we walked through the door we were greeted by a friendly greeted by a friendly host who we later learned his name was Phil. Since it was my boyfriend's first time he explained about the dancing that the waiters do and that we are more than welcome to get up and dance with them. :-) He took the time to explain what some of his favorites were and specials that they had going on at the time. It was really nice that he took the time to show us things that we may have over looked. Eric was our server and he was just as pleasent as Phil was. One thing that we noticed and liked was the fact that Eric sat at our picnic table with us while he took our order which made it more personal. He didn't rush us and was there if we had any questions. We donated $10.00 to Share Our Stength and got a free Steampot. Jabaar was the manager and he sat at our table and asked us how our service was and thanked us for our donation. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back next week to use our free steampot. The service and food at this establishment was superb!

Got the lobster daddy feast with garlic and herb and it was delicious but I would order a coherent flavor next time since it was not very garlicly or herby. Also got the classic steam pot which I would highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Loved It!!!. Don't know what Matt C. saw but our experience was totally different! Our server (Adam) was tremendous, the staff singing and dancing made everything happy and the crab nachos were to die for.

If you didn't have fun here you are not a fun person! Great prices too!

Will be back!!

Have a 10-20 IQ? Then go here!!. Absolutely, without question, the worst service I have ever had. We were the only ones at the bar and there were 2 bartenders. We ordered signature drinks off of their drink menus and not only did they have to look up the recipes, but it took 20 minutes for one girl to make 2 drinks. This is not an exaggeration or fabrication.... 20 minutes!! Why you ask? Because they had no idea how to make them and then once they figured it out, they chose to talk with their co-workers instead of making our drinks. I could go on but I think you get the point. Seriously, find a place that wants your business and avoid this one.

You must order the Paella a Joe's Crab Shack. Well you must order the Seafood Paella at Joe's Crab Shack. I sat outside were were you choose from many new wooden picnic tables and order the Seafood Paella with the side order of snow crab. Even the server though it was a great comdo selection. It was served with the original cooking pan, with loads of clams, rice, scallops, muscles, small piece of spicy mexican sausage, two piece of fresh toasted bread. The blended spices , mix with lots of oil and red tomatoes sauce made the dish incredibly tasty. Even the servers get to dance for there audience every 30 minutes. All for 25.00 dollars, with softdrink. Cant wait for my next trip. Great service with a smile. Enjoy

Overall, yes we would go back to this restaurant and did before we left town. We weren’t really afraid about the food quality that we would eat but more so the service we would receive. The service was near perfect the first time we visited the location and the second time was alright but could have improved. Service is what really makes or breaks franchise restaurants but we believe this one is commendable. The prices were not that bad as we had drinks, appetizers and two meals and the bill was in the $80.00 range. This is decent compared to prices at other restaurants that serve seafood like Red Lobster or other franchises. If you see a Eat-At-Joes sign, we say head over and give it a try!
