I feel sorry for those unlucky customers to receive bad service, but I always have the best customer service experience.
They sell super fresh and fancy cupcakes and as the name suggests the cupcakes are fancy and pricey they shouldn’t be confused with muffins. So the size is small and the frosting is too sweet.
The whole point of self order is to cut costs and I for one am happy to use technology and place an order it’s almost 2024.
So if people complain about the size they are mistaking muffins and if they complain about not to be greeted properly it’s not a 5 star restaurant it’s a self service shop. If being independent bothers you and you are digital illiterate then you shall buy your “muffins” from Costco.

This Sprinkles shop was so cute and could almost be missed if not looking. The cupcake machine was covered at the time so we went inside and ordered. They lady was very kind and even stated there was extra magic in my sprinkle filled cupcake 🧁
The cupcakes were delicious we ate outdoors at the shop and enjoyed a little river view. 😊

Been to Disney Springs a few different times but never happen to see this place. It is hard to miss if not looking. Happen to see this place pop up on a Disney food related article and seemed intresting. They have a standard menu plus additional flavors that ate limited time only. Got a Sprinkle Cupcake, basic vanilla cupcake with confetti inside, vanilla frosting and sprinkles on top. The cupcake was good but I honestly expected more from a cupcake place. More cake. More frosting. Still a good place in Disney Springs if in the mood for a cupcake.

Very tasty but expensive cupcakes. Nice for a treat every once in a while, the banana cupcake is definitely one of the best around.

5 stars for quality and flavor! Got the red velvet cupcake and it didn’t disappoint! It is expensive…but I have to say, it tasted expensive. Hands down best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream too! If I’m being honest, The place could be a little more welcoming. Comes off a little cold, but I was there for the cupcakes and ice cream and would definitely come back for them!

Although we’ve been to Disney Springs many times, we just recently tried Sprinkles for the first time. You can use their famous cupcake ATM to order, or you can go inside and order at the counter. We tried the red velvet cookie, lemon cupcake, and cupcake milkshake. The milkshake (I got vanilla with a red velvet cupcake blended in) was really good! Creamy with a good cupcake-to ice cream ratio. The red velvet cookie was good, but I wish it had some cream cheese frosting on it instead of the white chocolate chips. My boyfriend enjoyed his lemon cupcake, but I found it to be a bit tart (I’m not a fan of lemon— and lemons are supposed to be tart). All in all, we’d come back again to try some other cupcake flavors.

The best gluten free cupcake I’ve ever had! It was delicious and came out with a G on it too and I saw the server change gloves. Highly recommend, the texture was amazing. I had the red velvet, there is also a lemon blueberry cupcake and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. I’ll be trying those next time!

Sprinkles Cupcakes is the perfect spot to pick up cupcakes in Disney Springs. I love their salty caramel and the strawberry is a favorite of my daughters. Yes, you can get Disney themed cupcakes in the other candy shops but if you’re looking for a delicious treat with flavor, Sprinkles is the way to go!
This location doesn’t offer typical ordering anymore. You have the option to order on their in store iPads or doing mobile ordering through their website. I appreciate that as I can pre order and pick up at my convenience when I’m heading out.
They offer their cupcakes, cookies, cakes, brownies, and cupcake decorating kits. It’s a great dessert spot that offers a shaded seating area if you’re eating your goodies there.
They also have a cupcake atm if you’d prefer to get your sugar fix that way!
