Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream

Kelly's Ice Cream was a wedding dessert dream! Their truck catered an amazing experience. Coconut and Oredough flavors were a hit, generous portions, cup or cone options with sprinkles – a delight for everyone. Booking and communication with the catering team were a breeze, and the server's friendliness added a sweet touch. Highly recommend for a unique and delicious treat at any event!

It was my first time. I was an out of towner, brought there by my relatives who live locally. Diana was our server. I was a bit over zealous in wanting to try the different fascinating flavors. She was gracious and helpful. The choice was difficult. There were a lot of very good flavors. A choice was finally made. The experience was great. Both the fine ice cream and gracious Diana.

Employees are welcoming and maintain the place clean. They have indoor seating and benches outside. The inside is cute with the ice cream shop vibes and art to accompany. They have lots of great flavors to choose from to enjoy as an ice cream or a shake. I've had some of their classics and seasonal flavors and have enjoyed them all!

Hands down the best homemade ice cream in Orlando! Kelly’s offers a lot of flavors and their ice cream are very creamy. Icy ice cream and quick to melt is a hard pass for me. We always get their coffee ice cream and then try one of the new/ seasonal flavors. Line is long on the weekends but it moves quickly due to hardworking staff inside.

We had Kelly’s come out to my neighborhood and serve ice cream to the residents and it was so amazing!! I’ve been meaning to try it but haven’t had a chance. When I was in Austin, there was a local chain called Amy’s and I loved it. I got the confetti cake and I was worried it was going to be too sweet but oh my! It was so creamy and delicious! Definitely going to be going back!! Amy’s even had a location inside of the Austin airport (hint hint)!

Vegan milkshake- need I say more?! They have multiple non-dairy options that are actually fun & flavorful! I got the chocolate chunk non-dairy icecream as a shake with oat milk! No non-dairy whipped cream, but I wasn't missing it. It was smooth & delicious. The staff was extraordinarily nice & patient. I assume they get tons of kids or hey us adults unable to choose from their vast menu & options. If you want you can purchase some of their ice cream in quarts. You can also play board games while you hang out in the dining room. My only gripe is it's not plus size friendly. I'm a size 20 & barely fit in their chairs. All chairs have arms. 😑 There's only one bench outside & I couldn't imagine it being easy to navigate with mobility devices either. Overall it's a small adorable place with multiple picture worthy spots.

Kelly’s homemade ice cream- delicious! I liked the original flavors too! What would be nice if it was a little more cozy inside, or if there was outside seating. It’s not comfortable or romantic. It would really be so awesome if they used the Starbucks model to make it a cozy place to hang out. But besides that- the ice cream rocks! And that’s what matters!

I have driven by this place so many times in the past years and for some reason, I always get sidetracked to make it a stop. My sister and her boyfriend did a couple of weeks ago and finally decided to stop by and give the ice cream craving a try. I am glad we did! The staff was nice and attentive and I got there at a great time, since I placed my order and got it in less than 10 min. Surely missed the rush hour that followed! I have to say that I was impressed with the ice cream. Why? Because it is not overly sweet or greasy. It tastes just right and it will surely hit the spot for a craving. I will definitely keep them on my radar :) We had... the Mexican Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie and the Key Lime Pie. All very delish, made with quality ingredients, not too sweet, not too greasy, fresh and tasty. For me 1 scoop would suffice, but I took the rest to save for later. Definitely a dessert stop if you are around the Audubon area.
