Baseline Tap House

This is a must for a nice break during a day at Hollywood Studios! Nice stop for some wine, craft beers, charcuterie and pretzels! I recommend getting a beer flight (or two) coupled with a charcuterie platter and a pretzel. Great alternative to the park food and certainly healthier! We’ve been here several times and always look forward to coming back!

Baseline never disappoints. Charcuterie, Barrillito's Strawberry Hibiscus soda on tap (free refill), Coffee rubbed Rib eye steak puff. All of the cheeses and meats are great. Bread was crisp and buttery. It's always hard to choose which bite to take next... take your time, share, enjoy it. The puff was absolutely delicious. (And shareable)

We had a flight here and a pretzel and thoroughly enjoyed both... The good thing about the flight is its not "pre-set" so you can take a look at the beers and select the ones you fancy most... As with most of these places at the parks it's let down by the plastic drinking receptacle... Beer never tastes as good in plastic as it does in glass.

Good selection of beers, cider, and wine. The food is surprisingly very good quality. The pretzel is huge with the tight amount of salt and the mustard dip is good. The charcuterie board looked to be on the small side but was actually a good nibble. There's plenty of seating outside but can imagine it getting full really quickly in peak times. Not so bad if just having a drink but more of a challenge if searching for a spot to eat with a charcuterie board.

This is a cool spot to chill out in the park, enjoy a great beer and relax. Overall good experience, the beer selection was broad with craft beers from Golden Road in LA and North Coast in Fort Bragg NC. Delicious beer 🍻. Several small plate foods options were great. The ribeye steak puff pastry was top notch with a savory pastry almost like a popover filled with tender sliced beef topped with melted cheese and horseradish sauce. Along with an olive salad (almost like a tapenade ) Wow. Service staff was very nice and fast. The only odd thing was the vibe inside was quiet like a library despite the line out the door. And at checkout a 20% tip is suggested on a printed out receipt that needs to be signed…. Then you have to make trips to your table to carry your own food and drinks… Dairy Queen has better table service tbh (just their system not the fault of staff) Live music would liven things up and fit the name Baseline much better.

Absolute hidden Gem at Disney....my favorite bar on property and one of my favorite bars ever. The blood orange cider is amazing. Beer Pretzel is a hit with my family and I. I've visited this bar on several Disney trips and the staff are great, drinks selection is different from other Disney properties. This is an excellent bar to visit to shelter from the sun...or the thunder....or when the kids want to watch muppet theatre for the 5th time! A great quiet spot to watch the world go by with a cold beer, air con and chatty staff.

Hidden gem in the theme park —stop by and enjoy a very nice meal with your desired drink. You are not going to be disappointed at all. If you see a line outside - do not worry they are fast without compromising quality. The lemonade, bears and other drinks are very well balanced to reach an enjoyable taste.
