Romano's Macaroni Grill

Very very Average place. We got there for quick dinner. The plates were small, food was very average, so so service. Food did not worth the price. For totally not busy place with 6 tables occupied we had to wait for menus. I had bruschetta for appetizer and bread seemed spoil or old, smelled and tasted strange. Will not be back there for sure. On positive note: maybe it’s just one of the slow nights.

Service was great and wait time minimal. They were empty compared to other places we had checked. Food was acceptable but not great. Lasagna was just at warm, chicken parm was fried dead and there was no actual lobster in the bisque. On a brighter note the paper table coverings made for awesome artwork from the kids.

Ordered Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, with asparagus, mushrooms and extra Alfredo sauce. Asparagus wss mostly stalks, msybe one small tip, won't bother ordering it again. Side of Alfredo saice wss thick but in bowl was runny like diluted with water, maybe from not fully drained pasta. Without the extra sauce it wouldn't hsve been so good. We made reservations at 8:15 PM. We were seated and waited quite a while for someone to acknowledge we were there. The table we sat at had some sort of food on, but we were assured that the paper had been changed. After another while we ordered our four meals. By now we had been there nearly an hour. The waitress came by stating they were working on our meals, and again about 15 mins later “they are working on it”. Another half hour passes and they come back to the table and ask my son to fill out the pasta paper again... they lost it. So in reality they were never working on our meals. Finally the meals come out. The chick part was burnt, the Lasagna was Luke warm, the pasta was not cooked as it should have been. We had a few bites and left. The manager did come over and say he would not charge us. After nearly 2.5 hours we were so done. Needless to say we shall never return to this place. After some scrolling of others reviews the service is across the board poor. Many other options for good food and good service in the area. Pick one of them!

Terrible experience. When we visited the restaurant, there were probably 2 other tables that were occupied yet it seemed as if the whole restaurant was packed by the looks of the service. They had no draft beer, no butter, no fettuccine and they seemed to be in serious need of a grocery run to even fulfill our simple order. Our food came in parts, so by the time some of us were done, the food for others was just coming out. It was a disaster!! Our server was nice but sooo slow! Also, when did this place get so pricey?? I don’t recommend this place at all, no wonder they have closed to many locations around the country.
