Really nice Starbucks which was surprising since it's in a hotel. They welcome you even if you aren't staying at the hotel. The coffee was better than what you get at a lot of Starbucks locations. The customer service was exceptional!! Definitely recommend.

Their cake pops are fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You don't need to be a guest at the hotel to shop here. Only complaint, no public wifi.
This Starbucks location was in the Renaissance Hotel, Orlando. Employees are courteous and friendly. I enjoyed conversation with the cashier who was humorous and positive. We got our drinks in a very timely manner.
Glad they got oatmilk finally, I always give starbucks 5 stars for convenience, service, and supplying stuff for children, dogs, free water. I still shop locally but after 5p.m. they come through.
