Paddlefish

We had a lovely holiday dinner at Paddlefish. Even though Disney Springs was crazy busy, once we were seated, we forgot about the hustle and bustle outside the doors. We went on the website and made a reservation that morning. It saved us a 2 hour wait. Our server Kirsten was a complete delight. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable with the perfect amount of attentiveness. We had a bottle of wine, and they packaged up the bottle so we could take it home. Also they were very accommodating with a request to remove potatoes and add veggies to a dish.

Thank you so much for this fabulous experience! This was my first time at Paddlefish and I could not talk anymore highly of the service, food, and facility! It was spacious and a great atmosphere for a family night out. Above all, Robert C. our server was the most honest, generous, and intentional server I have EVER had! He absolutely made this dining experience. If you are in Orlando I highly recommend Paddlefish and Robert C.

When Dining at Paddlefish please ask for Lily. Our waitress promptly greeted us with warm maternal Disney vibes and began inquiring about why we were here and how our day was. I'm celebrating my birthday and from the moment she discovered this her entire demeanor was catered toward making our meal delightful. Fresh crabmeat fries were our appetizer after of course bread service, fresh ice water (very welcome after running to catch our reservations). Our Entrees were well recommended and detailfully described. Our freshly caught items were quickly delivered and still seemed to surprise with presentation and plating. Our server continued to surprise and amaze with a delicious freshly made cheesecake treat for my birthday. She then went on to tell me how the cheesecake was made and why she chose it for my birthday treat. Everything about our experience was fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my birthday dinner. If you love to be on the water and not go to far off the path at Disney Springs, reserve a spot at Paddlefish. It’s like being on a private tour boat with your friends and family. The staff is kind and knows the menu well. The space is clean and well lit and the food is delicious. The stuffed cod is one of the best I’ve had in and outside of Disney. The cocktails are also very well made. So date night or family night, Paddlefish will have something for both.

This is a sit down restaurant with tablecloths and nice views of the lake Don't expect to not drop a few bucks in this place. We ordered the fish tacos and lobster roll and crab fries. All were very tasty but the entrees came out at different times, but they did comp the tacos die to their mistake. I don't think this is a chain restaurant but not sure, as I try to avoid those but if you're looking for a good meal to sit and enjoy some drinks check out Paddlefish!!

Loved every minute of my experience at this restaurant. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The food itself was definitely great! I had the crab cake BLT and it was one of the better sandwiches I've had on Disney property. And the location speaks for itself. Right on the water with great views of the surrounding area. Definitely stop in if you're a fan of seafood!

Made a lunch reservation, was warmly greeted by the host at the door, and quickly seated at a window table in the main dining area. Our server, Lara, was so friendly and made great recommendations on the menu. We ordered from the summer prix fixe menu - watercress salad, cornmeal crusted catfish with edamame succotash and a creole mustard sauce - along with a crab cake and a lobster roll. The portions were generous, so my husband and I decided to split the meals so we could try everything. All of the food was so delicious! This was the best service and food we ate at Disney Springs, and highly recommend!
