Beech

Beech is a great place to eat and hang out poolside. I stayed here several days and ate here multiple times. Chuck is the best and most attentive bartender. He does the work of 2 employees behind the counter, and unfortunately, they left him by himself. There needs to be a bartender and someone to take orders during busy weekends such as spring break. I highly recommend the tuna tacos, guacamole and chips, and the key lime pie. The Ceasar salad, the mahi sandwhich, and all the drinks were good. I was NOT a fan of the lobster roll because it didn't have a lot of flavor. This was a very busy place all week.

I had lunch with a friend recently at this poolside bar. It's at a resort so it isn't cheap. I ordered the wings and they let you choose if you prefer drums vs flats which is cool. They were delicious! My friend got a cheese burger and he also liked it. Our server Rick was super attentive. Definitely recommend.

I was starving so I stopped in to grab something on property. I was greeted by a male bartender, told me what the deal was and I ordered the food. While I waited, I finished my beverage, and something I guess happened to my food, because he seemed confused as to why it was taking so long. He made up for it, by apologizing and acquiring me another drink. While waiting, it was hotter than hell at the bar. I was wondering why it was dead, it is because it is already hot with to begin with, and then you add in that area without proper fans. Whoever designed this area was not from the geographic area, stale dead air that keeps the bartender(s) from making money. The grill chicken sandwich was good, and the margarita pizza was absolutely disgusting. The pizza didnt have much flavor and it seemed to be underdone. Stay away from the pizza.
