Blaze Pizza

Not much i can say in a negative tone about this establishment because you get whatever you ask for out of it. If you want your pizza cooked extra crispy just let them know, that's not enough cheese for you, keep adding. The only thing that keeps this from five stars is the speed of the workers in some instances. But overall clean establishment and good pizza.

I've been to this location 3 times with my family. The pizza options are a delight to have, and that's why you'd choose this establishment over a regular pizza place. Everyone in your party can choose a pizza (Build your own option) based upon their dietary needs or, simply, their likes. Options seem fresh, and serving areas appeared clean. Prices are competitively priced; worth it. Tables have always been clean the 3 times I've been. The service you get is based upon the night. I was impressed the first time. I got to look at the toppings and choose without feeling rushed. (For a new customer, not familiar with the process or options, this could be overwhelming on a busy visit). The food was delivered to our table quickly. Beverage machines were clean and drink options were full. The next 2 times I visited, it was chaos. I was rushed through the line when asking about the gluten-free bread option and finishing glazes. Also, the register person was annoyed when I inquired about a cold red wine - asking for them to look in the back to see if there were any (there was only the cold white wine in the cooler area near the register). They seemed interested in their conversation with the person working the oven area. I asked for a smore after seeing it advertised - and to have it heated afterward, which also annoyed the person. It's AT the register so you won't know you want it for the first time until you actually get to the register to pay - but then want to read what it is and obviously have to add it on to your order!!! I'm going to give the location another try, as it is across the street from a popular college, so I'm assuming college students are working at their first job and learning customer service skills. Perhaps I'll choose to visit mid week and see if that changes the annoyed/impatient worker attitude.

I love this place and if I could I would eat their pizza every week! It is delicious, the dough is thin, the preparation makes the crust to be at the right crunchiness. I always choose to build my own pizza. It makes sense to me and I can eat an entire pizza for lunch or dinner. This location gets busy everyday around lunch time, so be aware that you might spend sometime in line. It also appears that they always have new people, what is probably true, so sometimes the service can be a little slower. Usually, the pizza comes perfect, sometimes it can be over cooked and get a little burned. I still eat anyway. Definitely recommend all the locations I have been to.
