While the establishment is chiefly recognized for its delectable milkshakes, our culinary journey extended beyond, encompassing equally impressive main dishes and appetizers. The attentive service from our server further enhanced our dining pleasure. Our culinary exploration commenced with the Chocolate Almond Bread, an appetizer that comes highly recommended. It boasts a harmonious marriage of chocolate and bread sweetness, skillfully balanced to tantalize the taste buds. For our main course, the Gnocchi took center stage, emerging as a standout with its distinctive and rich flavors. The Chicken Bourguignon proved to be another commendable choice, adding variety to our dining experience. To round off our memorable meal, we opted to share a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake. The atmosphere is different but cool! Stopped in for a sundae! Oh my, the size is big enough for two! Glad we didn’t order two of them! The price was 13.00 dollars but it’s well worth it. Dave was friendly and helpful enjoyed talking with him. The cost of milkshakes run around 9.00. Plenty of good options to choose from! They have a store on the other side of entrance. 2nd time here swung in for lunch today. Atmosphere is steam punk with a chocolate factory blend! We started off with hot chocolate drinks then switched to chocolate x5 milkshake! Rachel our server is friendly and very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the southern fried chicken blt with kettle chips! Would come back next time at Universal!

I wish I could give the atmosphere higher than 5 stars, but I can't. 🤣🤣 I highly recommend making a reservation if coming here after 530, as it gets very very busy. I made reservations at 6 and we arrived around 540 and was seated very promptly. Our waiter was super awesome. I can't remember his name, I'm sorry 😭😭 The chocolate almond bread was so good. It had such a plethora of flavors. From savory to sweet, to downright delicious with the chocolate. I ordered the pub burger. It was quite delectable. Kettle chips on a burger are yum yum. I also ordered a limited time milkshake, which was so so good. The French fries were also seasoned well and crispy. The toothsome robot and wife also came by to say hello, which was a nice addition. While strolling through City Walk we were set on eating at another establishment. However, we were intrigued by this restaurant and decided to give it a go. The menu had a lot of different options and that was a bonus for us since we have a picky eater in our party 🤣🫣 The wait was pretty long, however, they text you when your table is ready, so you don’t need to stick around. We started with the Kettle Chip Nachos, it was good but I feel as if it needed more toppings. The sweet peppers were not good enough. I had the Letter to Santa Milkshake and it was just as described 🤤 I absolutely LOVE coconut and this shake was perfect. I wanted the key lime pie shake, however, once I read the description on the letter to santan I could not resist. And I’m glad I made the switch. My main entree was the Southern Fried Chicken BLT, it was HUGE! It had mustard aioli and OMG it was scrumptious! Really good chicken sandwich and it was enough for leftovers. My daughter went with the Short Rib Flatbread she said it was a tad sweeter than expected, but she thoroughly enjoyed it. My other daughter went with the Fettuccine Alfredo and this was a disappointment! It was dry and not appetizing at all. My daughter was really hungry to where she ate it and said it was good. Once I tried it and said what I said, she agreed and stopped eating it. Our server was Jamie T. and he was amazing! We loved his energy and he was really helpful when it came to choosing our food. You can tell that he enjoys helping people and making sure they’re satisfied with the service.

A chocolate lovers heaven. This place is awesome. a visual delight. Very steam punk inspired. You walk in to a chocolate aroma. Their ventilation is filled with cocoa beans. Huge selection of chocolates and various snacks at the restaurant caters to milkshakes a very unique eye candy nose candy destination in Universal.

We had such a great first experience at Toothsome! Our server Paulli was awesome- friendly, quick and easy to interact with! We had an 11:30 reservation, and we're seated just about right on time. The characters were super cool with the kids and got them excited for the atmosphere. The food was definitely good too. I highly recommend the sandwich I can't spell or pronounce (gruyere monsouirre or something like that). We did the flight of 5 shakes for $50 but didn't realize you don't get to keep the mug when you do it this way so if you're planning to bring one home you'll need to order the single shakes.

We couldn’t wait to try this place during our vacation this week - and all in all, we weren’t disappointed. We both got the short rib which was pretty good but I guess I was hoping for something that tasted a little more unique. Also, the meal is described as including carrots… we each literally had two slices of carrots on our plate. Everything did taste very good though. We had also made reservations well in advance- like a week or two in advance- yet we were seated in the bar area which I thought was kind of disappointing. We got a shake for dessert- the Red Velvet- and that was really good. It wasn’t too sweet - I HATE frosting and I even liked the frosting on the cupcake. Service was good, but maybe not as warm as I’d prefer. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely give this place another try.

This was one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Just amazing steam punk theme with beautiful decor. Absolutely the best food!! Amazing hand made mason jar drinks!! Hand made unique gifts for purchase. Abundant amount of chocolate eats to choose from with the cutest designs to match the seasons.
