Brio Italian Grille

I recently celebrated Thanksgiving at this Italian restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. The tomato caprese salad was a delightful start with generously sized and flavorful tomatoes. The penne vodka was a perfect main course, and the tiramisu was truly exceptional. The ability to choose from both a traditional Thanksgiving menu and their classic Italian offerings was a unique and enjoyable touch. Our server was delightful, offering impeccable recommendations and enhancing the overall experience. This might just become our new Thanksgiving tradition.

I recently visited Brio Restaurant Orlando for a quick lunch and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a decent experience with a couple of hits and misses. I ordered the salmon, and while I must admit that the taste of the fish itself was not as fresh as I had hoped, I was pleasantly surprised by the accompanying condiments. The asparagus, potato, and other veggies were cooked to perfection, and their flavors complemented each other beautifully. The side dishes definitely added a positive note to my meal. The restaurant itself had a pleasant ambiance. Although the salmon didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of freshness, I appreciate the effort put into the preparation of the side dishes. Brio Restaurant Orlando has the potential to offer a great dining experience, and I would be willing to give it another try in the future.

This place is always a great idea, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 min to be seated. Indoor and outside of the restaurant (still inside the mall) seating options . Our server was (Juna), extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and helpful with our order. We ordered, the Lobster bisque soup, salad and Mild Sausage Rigatoni Arrabiatta pasta with a glass of white wine. Even the salad was tasty, the soup was to perfection, and pasta was mixed with all the perfect ingredients. I love this place because of its spacious seating options, the staff seems to always be in a great mood, making this all great ambiance for lunch, dinner or just to grab a drink at the bar . Brandie and Joe took excellent care of us during lunch at Millenia today. The coffee machine was out of service and they offered to give us something else instead. Ultimately the machine was fixed and they fixed us special drinks right away, which were awesome. The food was delicious as always. These two, though, were a delight to interact with during our time at the restaurant. Great job! 🙂

I had an exceptional dining experience at Brio, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by the manager, Tiffany, and our waitress, Aja. Their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced our evening. The culinary offerings were exquisite, and we were consistently looked after with the utmost care. As a loyal patron, I find myself eager to return time and time again. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for crafting such a memorable experience. I strongly recommend that you consider dining at Brio during your next visit to the area, as it is sure to be a gratifying culinary experience.

We have never been into this restaurant. We started out sketchy; we were brought to a table with NO room around it. We are both bigger there was no way we were fitting here. Now instead of sitting us in any of the MULITPLE tables around that table...we were brought back to the podium to be re-sat. The tour of the restaurant was a bit wild, and didn't make sense to us. The manager, Tiffany, noticed us and asked my husband of she could help us, cause she saw our tour. We did get sat, we were looking over the menu when Tiffany came to our table and apologized. We had a great laugh and spoke about customer service. She was an absolute delight. While standing with us our drinks came; and she backed into the server spilling water over the floor herself and the edge of the table!! It was a total accident but the way Tiffany, and Jojo proceeded the lunch was the way any guest should be treated! I told Tiffany we had never been in before and she got us the Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant appetizer.... oh my god. This is hands down the reason we will return. It was the best eggplant I've ever had, and my partner who doesn't even like eggplant loved it!!! Tiffany came back and checked on us, got us drink refills and even cracked pepper onto my salad. She was the most personable and friendly manager I've ever seen. I couldn't recommend her more, she went table by table connecting with the patrons. Making jokes with the kids; handling some issues at another table. During out seating THREE!!! other couples were attempted to sat at the table we didn't sit at. The server, an older gentleman, told them to stop and waited until all the tables were empty and personally moved 5 tables to give that table more room. That is the kind of service you see from happy associates. Thats what this manager is setting the expectation of. The staff we saw went to her numerous times and not once did she look annoyed or rude, she helped them. She got refills, she ran food, just absolutely amazing. I hope she continues with this company, because this is the kind of people you need to keep a location going. Our server Jojo was so sweet. Helping answer questions on the menu and bringing us our dishes quickly. I would definitely go back here.
