Listen. Don't go off of the star ratings for this place. Try it out. Service, awesome. Food, yummy. Ambiance...well this could go either way. Since it's a hotel in Universal you will get a mix of people flowing in, including people in flip flops and shorts. But to me it's got more of an upscale intention. Either way, you can get some pretty good food here. Not too many vegetarian options but the vegan bolognese was good and I finished the bowl lol. But it's my birthday and I actually showed up for the kitchen sink cake slice. The menu says: Brownie, peanut butter cream, chocolate chunk cookie, pecan pie, vanilla cheesecake, devil's food chocolate cake, vanilla chiffon, chocolate sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. I think the cheesecake was my favorite layer. If you're like me and have an insane sweet tooth and like doing slightly ridiculous things, you should check this out! I also got a drink that was on special (tequila/spiced blackberry syrup/lime) and that was delightful!

Had dinner there the service was friendly and fast we started off with muscles and sweet potato bisque it was all amazing I had the my strip and it was cooked beautifully and was delicious the desserts were amazing. In the morning we got breakfast the buffet was big and had fresh omelette and pancakes which us always nice and the food was good and it was clean

We had an amazing dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The food was surprisingly delicious. Definitely a big step above the nearby chains in terms of food quality and taste. The chef met with us and easily handled a child with multiple food allergies and made her birthday meal special. Salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly, pasta dish delicious, butternut squash soup was spot on, chicken wings were quality, and my daughter’s steak was gobbled up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant for dinner.

This place pulls out all the stops for their food and service. Our waiter, Jose was over the top with his excellent service and care to our order. Juan offered his own recommendations, insights, and stories where appropriate and added to the restaurant experience. The burger with the secret sauce was one of, if not THE best burger I have ever received. The burger itself was juicy, flavorful, the bread was soft and sweet, and the fries had just the right balance of crispness and softness. The kitchen sink cake was so large that it could not be consumed entirely by 4 people. The cake was very rich, every layer very distinct in texture and flavor. This is one of the few places around Orlando and the Universal City Walk that is worth the pricing for the food they offer. The service and food are excellent. Please do NOT be swayed by the negative reviews for this restaurant. The reviews are only from a YouTube channel where someone failed to do a good challenge here.

Everything from the service to the food was amazing. We tried the magical dining and got the smoked buffalo wings, braised short rib ragout and s'mores brownie sundae. All were great and I highly recommend. Lori our server was attentive and on point with refills everytime our cup was half empty she was there. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. We didn't try the food challenge so I can't comment on it. Don't let all the one star reviews deter you from missing out on such a great experience. Also complementary valet was validated by the restaurant. Self parking wasn't a option due to Halloween horror night.

This restaurant was suggested by the staff at Lowes Royal Pacific. When the Tomahawk Ribeye was mentioned, it was game on. The kitchen is located in the Hard Rock Hotel. Due to inclement weather, we had no choice but to walk. Upon arrival, the hostess noticed we were celebrating and ensured we were seated in a perfect location to watch the kitchen magic. But that's where the even got even better. Zainab was our server, and she Rocked our world. (Pun intended) She was simply amazing. We felt completely relaxed and in great hands. We ordered a Malbec which fantastic. A 2020 ZOLO from Argentina. The wine had fruity notes and a wonderful following. Needless to say the bottle didn't make through the evening. We shared the ribeye and even though I ordered medium it arrived rare in the center. The stake was presented with sauce and three rubs on a board. See the picture attached. The cut of the meat and the fact the stake did not appear to have been prepared with any seasoning is the only ding I have for this restaurant. We ate every bite we could, and took everything left with us for breakfast. That should say a little something. Back to the staff. Zainab deserves a 6 out of 5 stars. Keeping the customer in good spirits is a gift. This is certainly her forte. Thank you again for making our celebration a memorable one. Can't wait to be seated at your table very soon.

One of our favorite places. Historically we have been more than a few times, the food has always been so amazing! This last trip was no different, except that they have recently undergone a renovation. The work is amazing, but they had not installed the memorabilia yet, which was greatly missed. We were promised that it is coming back but possibly not the chef’s coats signed by the recording artists. :’( But we will be back because the food is so fantastic that normally it’s the main attraction anyway.
