Jamie was our server for tonight. It was my first time at this restaurant & she knew how to make it one to remember. She made us feel welcomed happy and comfortable the whole time. We got the food and it was to die for best steak 🥩 we have ever had in our lives cooked to absolute perfection . Mashed potatoes for the side and it tasted so good. Stayed for desert and asked them to surprise us. We were blown away. From start to finish with the aesthetics and environment of the restaurant it is now our best spot to go to if we’re in the area. It was our anniversary tonight and they made my girlfriend so happy and loved. Thanks again Jamie you are the best you and the team that fed us tonight thank you guys !!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. The service was top tier, we were very delighted to see that our table was decorated for our Birthday girl. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly the manager came to our table to check on us and my friend got her birthday dessert complimentary. The food was delicious…not to much of a variety on the menu if you do not eat steak. (I understand it’s a steakhouse) The sides were very good and the drinks were the best part!

This particular location is my favorite. The service is always on point. This is the 1st time we've taken our teenage boys with us, and they, too, now understand our expectations and excitement!
The atmosphere is pretty standard Ruth's Chris atmosphere. Elegant but not too bougie decoration, dim lighting, but you can still see well, and not so noisy that you can't hear. Literally perfect 🥰

Went here for our anniversary. Ruth Chris laid out some roses on the table and made it personal.
Ordered a “steak” of course and it did not disappoint. Took an 8oz sirloin and made it into a filet mignon. The garlic potato’s on point! Now, I judge a restaurant by how good the bar can make either a Long Island ice tea and or an old fashioned. They both came out excellent.

All the food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. Restaurant had light music playing that allowed for conversations. Everything was very clean and all the employees were delightful.

Absolutely wonderful. My husband and I went for our anniversary. The food was amazing (stuffed chicken and creme brulee for dessert). Our server, Sean, was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the best service we could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Celebrated our anniversary with a special dinner at Ruth’s Chris. The front dining room was quite crowded but we sat in the back area which afforded a more romantic setting. Not sure if we were seated in the back because we had a reservation or because they knew it was our anniversary? Though it was our anniversary we both ordered off the special Father’s Day menu and got steak and lobster. I upgraded to the 16oz ribeye cooked medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The server was always available to ensure our experience was great. The meal came with bread pudding which was amazing! We were also comp’ed a cheesecake dessert in recognition of our anniversary. We also found at our table a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary.

Wow, the food was one of the best I have tasted like ever! The steak was well prepared and cooked. The service was very polite and attentive, not going to brag much more, but I guarantee you are going to enjoy everything about dinning out.

Celebrated my 5th anniversary here and the service, from the valet parking, to the hostess, waiters, managers, was superb. They receive us with rose petals in the table and a happy anniversary card, which we think is a nice, and really appreciated touch. The food is excellent, the blueberry mojito was good, but the bread pudding was out of this world!!!

OMG! The food here is AMAZING! The steak melts in your mouth! The sides are Deelish...BUT they are very pricey!
Took my sister for birthday dinner and it came up to $266 w TX. We did have an app each, the steak is on its own and you have to order sides separately.
Even though the cost is O_O... It's still going to be one of my favorite places and will go again on special occasions!

Absolutely amazing! The food is phenomenal. The steak is perfectly cooked. Drinks are strong and tasty. The side dishes are divine. Get the sweet potato casserole, it will change your life!!! The service is stellar as well. Zero complaints about this establishment.

We were recently in Orlando and stopped by this Ruth's Chris Steak House for their wonderful Happy Hour. We were warmly greeted by the bartender Jamie who continued to make our experience special. She was friendly, informative and patient as we made our drink and food choices. We noticed that she treated all the bar patrons the same way. She is an asset to this establishment and admitted that she loved working there and it showed! Thanks, Jamie, for making our last night in Orlando memorable.

What a pleasant evening we had! Was here celebrating a family members birthday, and the service we received was outstanding! From the Valet greeters at the door, all the way to the end when an awesome wait staff whose name I think was Tristan came out and packed up any leftovers we had to take. Thank you to Sean as well who was our main server for the group. We did received a few steaks which were slightly over cooked but they were still very enjoyable and Sean even offered to correct the situation for us! So a big THANK YOU to ALL of the Ruth Chris for the lovely service we’ve received! Will be returning soon.

I have to say that for my first time having dinner here, it was a great experience. From the time we were greeted at the front door and while meeting our server Sarina we felt right at home. Sarina explained the menu to us and we loved her personality. We told the manager Lauren about how great the food and service was. This will be one of our new weekend spots for a great dinner experience. Thank you Ruth Chris and staff for making our night special.

I'm not into to writing reviews but I was extremely displeased with our service. I've eaten at Ruth's Chris before in different locations but this past weekend I wanted to take my niece for her 15th birthday as she had never been to a place like this and all she asked for was a good steak. We had been shopping all day so we were in nice casual clothes nothing fancy but I had no idea that would stop us from getting good service. Our waiter came by our table asked us for tap or bottled water and then didnt come back for another 25 mins to see if we wanted anything else to drink. He made snide comments about the pricing of the food because he assumed by either our clothing or maybe that we were a Hispanic family that we couldn't afford a place like that. He barely checked on us. And it made the entire evening really uncomfortable.. my niece and nephew understood the assumptions he was making and it's sad when you have to explain that some people are just ignorant. Too bad for the waiter because usually I overtip at places like this. Just a sad experience really.

We had a great experience here (Orlando, Sand Lake) I’ve been to RC a few times before but not this location. This location was consistent with my other experiences. Service was excellent (Linda and Noah?) and the food was incredible. We had the bone in ribeye and the t-bone. Both were cooked perfectly with great flavor. A great wine selection as well. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable,and personable we would definitely go back.

I’ve eaten at many different Ruth’s chris all over the USA and Canada we have traveled from the UK as a family 8 of us and I was shouting from the roof tops how good your steaks were to my parents to be completely let down by 3 of the steaks been over cooked but we only retuned 1 of them then by the time the new steak came out we had all finished and the new steak was way under cooked and had no flavour .. all the other steaks were way over seasoned and tbh I felt like a fool telling my family how good the steaks are for us to be let down I have emailed the address on the main Ruth’s chris website but had no response it wouldn’t be so bad but the bill was $400 plus dollars I would like a response to my email and my experience rectified

My mom and I had a phenomenal experience at Ruth’s on Sand Lake in Orlando! We ordered the lobster with mac n’ cheese, the chicken sandwich and a salad. It was absolutely hands down the best. Our waiter, Jose was exceptional. Thanks for the great time at Happy Hour. 🤗💕

Company was in town for the global pet Expo. After a long week of working our booth this was a great way to end the week. My steak was amazing we and ordered many sides for the table and each one tasted perfect. Our server was on point!

Took my mom for mother’s day. Bill was 265.00 and the service was horrendous. Waitresss dropped the first drink on the floor. Stepped on my husband and knocked into him and didn’t even acknowledge it. Then spilled the 3 theod drink on table and onto my moms lap. Barely checked on us. To name just a few of the issues we had that night Worst experience there ever. Didn’t bother to ask for a manager because I doubt they would do anything other than apologise and it probably would have taken forever just fot them to get to the table. Doubt I will go back. Too bad cause we loved the place before that.

Just fantastic. The steaks are always great. I will say the Bleu cheese dressing was too salty for my taste, but I’m sensitive to salt. Other than that, the food -from bread to dessert was outstanding.
The highlight was the service. Candice was personable, efficient, and kibd of adorable. We will ask for her whenever we go back. You should too.
