Our service was great. Paul & Lauren were our servers. I would recommend you request them if possible. Love the atmosphere of the Palm.

The service here was great. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the different menu items. The mignonette for the oysters in the half shell is amazing. I ordered one of their signature dishes, the clam linguini, and was very pleased. The only thing I'd change is the temperature in the restaurant. It was quite chilly.

From entering the restaurant, the service was superb. Stephanie greeting us and our table servers Paul and Amy where excellent, moving us away from a noisy party and springing to action when overheard that the food temperature was a little on the cold side. Problem was solved.

Ordered the calamari which was Italian style. The salmon entry with risotto was excellent. Chocolate cake with raspberry sauce was yummy. Husband got the chicken parm & we split a Caesar salad which was fresh. We ordered a dirty martini & espresso & both I highly recommend.
Our waiter Jon was awesome! We really enjoyed the vibe in there for a Thursday night. Highly recommend checking out this resort at hard rock. Very clean & welcoming.

The Palm is everything I was hoping for. Great food and beverage options, outstanding service, and amazing flavors. I had the 3lb lobster, center cut filet, lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. Just had to try it all. Cannot wait to go back next time I'm in town.

I coordinated an event for my company in Sept 2023. We selected The Palm in Orlando, FL to host 100 people for this corporate event. We had one of the most amazing experiences at The Palm. Everything went perfectly! I worked with Candace Maser, Sales & Events Manager to plan this event. She helped me make this a night my colleges will always remember! I will always be grateful! I highly recommend The Palm! Food was excellent! Service was Excellent! Atmosphere was Excellent! I loved that it was located at The Hard Rock Hotel where we all stayed for the week.

Had a wonderful experience tonight at The Palm! Our server, Chase, was absolutely perfect. He was extremely well spoken, professional, personable and also recommended us some amazing options for dinner. We can’t wait to come back!

All of the wait staff worked well together to take care of the guests. Our waiter, Chase, was excellent. He made great suggestions and stayed on top of things. Try the green beans as a side. It's definitely worth it. The bacon appetizer was not great, but the sea bass, filets, shrimp, and lobster bisque were all delicious!

Our service was outstanding, thanks Chase. My friend had a correction to her steak which they made in record time, amazing chef. I have always had the salmon and it's outstanding, this time I had the bass. I don't recommend it. It was unflavored and dry. However, I would never take away from the brilliance and kindness of the staff at this restaurant. Oh, and the grilled octopus is to die for ❤️
