Review Wine Bar George - A Restaurant & Bar - Orlando

Edgar
We came to Wine Bar George for brunch. The food was actually really tasty and the cocktails were great. However, I did feel a little letdown about the “sausage gravy and biscuits” which fortunately I added extra eggs to but, at that point the price wasn’t worth it. Anyway, we had a good time and we were satisfied. Our server was friendly and took good care of us.

My friends and I stopped for a quick bite before continuing our city walk. We ate at the balcony seats for a good view. I enjoyed my house-made meatballs. The polenta tasted great and the wait time was minimal. The menu is pocket friendly and the restaurant can cater for regular meals and classy dinners. I liked the way the wines were stacked as decor.

Sophisticated but relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and delicious food. This is a great dining option in Disney Springs for wine enthusiasts and adult diners. Pro tip: Ask the staff for their wine recommendations, they won't steer you wrong. Also, the mac and cheese bites are delicious!

✨Few Food Selections, Great Wine Menu Come to this place if you want to drink wine and eat small (expensive) bites. Their wine menu is impressive - and we were told a Sommelier would come to your table if we ordered “the Champagne experience” - we opted for the frozcatos! ✨Food - the food we did order was pretty good! The House Made Meatballs ($16) were perfectly cooked and had great flavors. We wanted to put the cheese it was baked with on our other dishes too. The Zucchini Hush Puppies ($9), is a seasonal item, and the sauce they came with was a delicious chipotle/lemon remoulade(cold sauce). The Cauliflower Buds ($13) were our least favorite because we think they were a little under cooked, there were pieces that were still crunchy, I’d order something else next time. ✨Options - picky eaters would not like their food options. I do wish they had more dinner options, most of their food was “small bites” ✨Drinks - we ordered the Frozcato made with DOLE Whip® Pineapple. It’s Moscato, Vodka, and Pineapple. $15 each. They were so good! ✨Service - our waiter was very friendly and kept checking on us. He was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful. ✨Dining Space - they had great seating downstairs at the bar, but we were seated upstairs at a table the overlooked the lake next to Disney springs. There is live music that plays just outside the restaurant so you could hear it inside. It was well lit and clean.

A tasty place for small plates and wine at Disney Springs. The place was a little too cold for me on a rainy night, we sat on the second floor. The mac and cheese bites and the steak were delicious, highly recommend! The bread with the burrata was a little hard to cut but the cheese made up for it. Sauteed Potatoes were mediocre.

We had the Big Board here, and it was great! Plenty of different meats, cheeses, and spreads along with gherkins and almonds, even a piece of sweet honeycomb! One of the best charcuterie boards I've ever tried!

I went here on the last day at Disney world and I got a damn right choice. This place was so wonderful for a sunny day (and I could also imagine how fun it can be in the evening time)! The vibe, oh the vibe was so pleasant. We were sitting on the 2nd floor enjoying the sunshine and bright view came through the big window. Food was beyond expectations and drinks were good. I really love the steak skirt they served. Thank u Wine Bar George for a perfect ending for our dreamland trip.

Loved the experience, the food was amazing, and the service was incredible too. I went for brunch and dinner and both experiences were incredible. I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese bites.

By far the best place in Disney Springs. The menu was expertly crafted and the entire staff was phenomenal. They charge the menu seasonally, so there is always a new experience to be had and always a new reason to visit. Forgive the quality of the pictures, my phone was dying so I couldn't use flash.
