Sofrito Latin Cafe

It was my first time eating here and it was excellent. I had the Cuban sandwich and wife had a chicken empanada and chicken soup. Everything was delicious. We plan on going back soon. I would highly recommend this place. I also appreciate how proactive they are towards CDC guidelines. Plenty spacious and staff wears face masks. Lastly they are open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Again highly recommend! *update 12/15/23* I was in the Orlando area again and decided to go back to this place because of how good it was last time. It did not disappoint! I tried different dishes and I have not had anything bad here. You can taste the homemade/freshness of the dishes. I will definitely be coming back and may even make a trip specifically just for this restaurant, it's seriously that good. I've actually been here twice on this Orlando trip and the chicken soup is still great but by far my new favorite dish has to be the their steak and onions! So much flavor, again I still highly recommend you stop by and taste this great food for yourself, you won't be disappointed

This was our first time here and the place was packed! Despite this, the service was great & we found a table on their cute back porch. We’d originally planned to just grab drinks, but everything looked and smelled so good that we ended up ordering some churros & the Cuban pastelitos. Everything we ordered was delicious & I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu!

Updated: *** We went there again the next day, wanting to try something different. The place was packed, other than the wait time, we cannot complain! We always order something different every time, and haven’t been disappointed so far. I am Chinese, so the Garlic Wine Sautéed Shrimp, Yuca fries + the Green sauce, India Cola, were all new to me, I also loved the the Half Chicken. I especially like seeing the owner who cleans the table with a smile, who doesn’t like a happy owner who cares about his restaurant and service? ******* Food: clean, simple, tasty, healthy Service: quick and easy, the owner was nice and attentive, like small business owners who care Atmosphere: outdoor + indoor, relaxing I had a breakfast there few years ago and really liked how simple yet tasty it was, I insisted to go back again even we moved far away.

We went for dinner to order the churrasco rice and black beans. Also the chicken breast both where well seasoned but not salty which was great! Than we went for breakfast and had the Cuban Sandwich and media noche, with a cachapa all tasted really good! Coffee was pleasant and the passion fruit juice was refreshing! Great place for the family not expensive, service is. Fast place is clean! Definitely a must have!

I had a great experience at Sofrito Latin Café! The variety of Colombian, Cuban, and Venezuelan food is fantastic. The taste is just incredible . The service is lightning fast, and the food is always fresh. The place is quite spacious with several tables, and it has a unique American-style vibe. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal. Highly recommended!
