Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My favorite smoothie place in the area! I love the chia banana boost with peanut butter so much… it’s unique and incredible. When I want more of a full meal, I add on a peanut butter banana crunch flatbread as a combo deal and I’m set! Delicious! 😍 They get through the line quickly, and the quality is consistently great.

It was me and my wife’s first time going here today so we looked at the menu in the drive through for a second the lady doing the drive though was impatient and kinda rude with us but the guy in the window was friendly and pretty fast our food and smoothies were pretty good tho! 4 stars just for the lady doing the drive though!

Update: They sent us a $10 gift card and a card letting us know they wanted to make it right. I appreciate the gesture. I’m a HUGE fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe (read on). Large smoothies for a decent price. Our whole family loves them. It became a tradition for us on every road trip to snag one. BUT, this location as taken a turn for the worst. Extremely slow service, service is curt, and the last three times we’ve been either the smoothie wasn’t blended well and had chucks of ice or it tasted bland and had ZERO flavor. Are you trying to cheapen your smoothies TSC? I’ve noticed. Maybe it’s a fluke (three times in a row) but I don’t know if I want to go back now.

I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe religiously, there smoothies are the best! I have alot of rewards on my app but for some reason the app wouldn't let me use them. After seeing that I had the coupon the associate honored the coupon anyways! It was really great to have a positive customer service experience at this location!

Went here on a date. Smoothie was actually pretty good. Just a little more $$ than I thought (spent ~$14 on two). The only thing I had an issue with was the the strobe like fans. It was like a dance party in there. Recessed lighting with fans spinning at low speed over top. Not ideal. I had to try extra hard to tune it out and focus on my date.

Took the time to rate today just because of a particularly thoughtful employee. I asked for a spoon for my smoothie because I am recovering from getting my wisdom teeth out and can’t use straws. A minute later, the woman i’d asked ran over to my table concerned that the smoothie I had ordered had too many seeds in it and offered to replace it if I wanted! The smoothie was fine for my mouth. but I was so impressed by her thoughtfulness! Also the food is great.

My first time coming after having always gone to Jamba juice. We got the Bahama Mama and the Blimey Limey. İ really liked the glass around the kitchen area so you could see them prepare the smoothies and everything that went into it. Overall a nice smoothie. İt did just taste like a lot of sugar though. Next time I'll try the healthier options so I can taste the natural flavors a bit stronger.
