Me and my husband went for dinner and thought it was really good! It's a bit pricey but the food was delicious and the way they pace bringing it out to you was great, they bring out the complimentary bread with seasoned oil first and drinks, then the appetizer (if you get one, we did, but regretted it as our entree size portions were big and we didn't end up finishing them due to the bread and appetizer lol!) Then they brought the salads that came with our meals, and then brought our food. It was amazing food too! We made ourselves almost sick stuffing ourselves.. we definitely plan on coming back ☺️✨

EDIT - Leo the Managing Partner contacted me, and he took great pains to make it right for us. What was originally a horrible experience, turned into an amazing experience. I'm changing my review, because the second time around. The food was amazing! The dining experience was so much better, and we didn't have to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. I recommend Carraba's to anyone on the fence about trying it for the first time.
I had never been to Carraba's. We were seated almost immediately after arriving, but we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. No drinks, no food, and we had a starving 5 year old whimpering due to hunger. She is growing, and she was just starving. We almost got up to leave and go somewhere else, but finally our waitress arrived. We ordered what we wanted, and I could not believe what we received. Overcooked pizza, overcooked chicken that was hard to cut and eat, super undercooked noodles. The only thing that was good was the dessert they gave my husband, because it was his birthday. We were super disappointed with our experience and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was super over priced, and we really should have gone somewhere else.

This was our first time and chefs kiss to the food service and atmosphere. Dallan was our server and helped us find exactly what we wanted on the menu while providing charming conversation. Anytime I would finish my drink he’d have a refill ready for me and we never had to wonder where he was superb service. I got the steak and shrimp toscana and that, the parmesian house salad and the rosemaries fries were such a treat. Not as expensive as a lot of Italian resteraunts without sacrificing quality 10/10 recommend

The food at Carrabba’s is utterly delicious. The Caesar salads are fantastic and the lobster ravioli was very flavorful. The steak filé was the best steak my wife has ever tasted.
The remodel also looks great and has a much more modern feel to it.

Nice sit-down experience. I had a sausage lentil soup to start which was very good and flavorful. For my main course, I ordered the Filet Caprese with a side of fries. The fries were warm but not hot and the tomato salad was missing the onions. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out more towards rare but it still had great flavor. The service was great though and the restaurant was clean and had a good ambiance.

The server was a bit slow and inattentive but that is not her fault as it was busy. My food was great but my mother's pasta (the steak and shrimp fettuccine special) had way too much black pepper chunks that kept getting stuck in her teeth. Otherwise delicious!

The restaurant was on our list for dinner. Driving by we saw it and decided to take our toy poodle back to the hotel then have dinner. They closed at 9:30 pm we arrived at 8:30 pm they gave us amazing service with no hesitation.
Our server was so sweet our food was brought out quickly and it did not disappoint.
The extra touch of human kindness makes all the difference here. We have been to other Carrabba's Italian Grill but excellent staffing makes all the difference.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.
What I have learned, kindness and great customer service should not be taken for granted.

This place has good food, and even better service. It's a good go to place in the area for chain restaurant Italian food. Their Johnny's trio and their seasonal dishes are a good choice. Service here has always been great, all the serving staff are very friendly and courteous, as well as the rest of the staff. On weekdays the wait is reasonable, and weekends are not too bad.
