They take along time to make your order. It's fast food! If I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared I would go to a sit down restaurant. Also the employees spend more time talking about their personal life instead of working. This taco bell used to be good but has went down hill.

Never had one of these before and was pretty sure they're supposed to be fully closed. I won't complain because that means it was too full to close which equals more food for me. It was actually really good and I have since gone back and gotten the same thing that was closed and it was just as good. They're pretty quick for a taco bell, which usually gets a bad "wrap" for being slow.

Hands down the worst run food chain I have ever been to. And it’s in orchard park. Ownership and management need to get their heads out of their butts and run it better. 3 people working the store. No soft shells. And the worst part, is that it takes an unreasonably long amount of time.. I ordered. Waited over 20 mins for my order. Finally approached someone and they said they already gave that order to someone, yet my name was not even called. Just close up shop at this point

In reference to order #922266 placed on 5/22/22, Ordered 11 items, received 4 items. And those 4 items weren't even close to what was ordered. Absolutely smh at the profound lack of a care given. I'll take my business to mighty taco, at least they pretend to care.

Ordered ahead on the app, went to get my food and the employees had apparently decided to close early for the night. Saw them inside and they saw us and the other 5 cars in the line but would not say anything. Don't waste your time with this location. The employees and managers clearly don't care.

We arrived in the drive thru line at 6;30 Sunday evening with 4 cars in front of us. At 6:53 we drove away without ordering. We were extremely disappointed but could no longer justify sitting at the drive thru speaker and not being able to even give our order.

They cancelled my grubhub order. Then when I got there said they are only accepting online delivery orders, no in person ordering. Basically, they are refusing to do their job while still collecting a paycheck. Save your time and money and go to the one on Abbot road.

When the good is made full, packed and picture perfect it's great! There are times tho that things can be made with not a lot of meat or other ingredients inside so I do recommend asking that it be made full and well when ordering but other than that yum!
