Placed an order for delivery via seamless, and they delivered my iced coffee without cream. Just black coffee. (Which isn’t what I asked for) very disappointed.
this place is pretty bad for a chain. Staff doesn't seem motivated to be there; not well maintained; definitely not following Covid protocols; espresso based drinks with milk alternatives have been delayed / forgotten on several occasions. I usually only go if I don't have cash on me, but if you do
They have 2 cashier the girl with pink hair and a black young men they are very unprofessional, disrespect, Miserable, unhappy, rude. I’m working ask manager at the pharmacy i don’t talk with the customer like that. 😡😡😡😡 they don’t deserve it to work there.
Staff are unprofessional and in need of training. The only place where staff argued with me because they got my order wrong! Please save your sanity and go to the the Dunkin closes to West Orange.
