Food was great. i wasn't that hungry so I just got a Jr burger but it was made well and fresh.loved the tater tots too; a little salty but my fault for never remembering to ask for no salt. We also got the cinasacks which are a guilty pleasure of mine 😂 [pictured]
Service was a tad slow, and we ordered using the Sonic App.
It was shortly after 4:30PM and they were, I would say, only slightly busy. (6 vehicles were parked when we got there, and I only noticed the carhop serve 1 vehicle, shortly after we arrived.)
The delay was waiting a good 7-8 minutes after
I went through the drive-thru even though I had trouble remembering my employers specific drink they recalled immediately who my employer is & knew exactly how she liked her drink, &spoke very well of her! Very courteous and returned w food order in the timely manner
The outside equipment needs to be updated. My order was wrong (no fault of the crew) because I'm sure they couldn't hear me properly. Food was hot and the correct food came quick.

They have always gotten my order correct which is actually hard to say for a fast food restaurant. Also a lot of people don't know, but if you like the sonic ice you can order it by the bag from the restaurant. The one on 62 is a gamble but I've never had any issues here.
The line was long but the staff was working really hard to get the people their food. They were nice and courteous. If you have never tried a strawberry slush go to Sonic and get one now! Service was great. Employees were very helpful when one of there drink machine broke during our order. They refunded or money & even offered to place order for another drink if we wanted. They are fast.
It didn't take very long to order the drink which was a cherry limeade route 44 and a cheese burger bacon jam. It was really good and fixed per order i like it here it's a really relaxing place to eat. I would recommend this place.
Just an afternoon snack love their cheese sticks and cherry limeaide. Good way to get through a busy afternoon.
My fish sandwich was perfect and delicious. Service was excellent. The only issue I had was the "new" menu. The only thing new was things change from single patty to double patty.

The new manager here is absolutely phenomenal and under home the customer service has been really great. I am only giving 4 stars because sometimes the wait is horrible and food comes out cold as a result but....customer service is exceptional. Place is clean and a great place for families to come,
I love Sonic. They are always very nice. Sometimes the fountain drink will run out but when I call they are very nice and gives me another one. You get connected with some of them because they are the ones they usually are the ones that wait on me. That is very nice.
