The girls who were attending me were rude. They didnt offer lids or a cup carrier even though I clearly had more cups than hands. They barely mixed my blizzard. And it took them five minutes to come out from the back of the store to see if there were customers. And theres no way to let them know you are waiting. They suck. Find a different dairy queen to visit.

Staff is rude, and untrained on how to make all things on the menu...no two same items come out the same by one employee, so that means they are winging their jobs. I went there for the supposed shake that can be held upside down....I turned it upside down to the staff member that didn't believe me that it wasn't made correctly...and watched it go all over the counter. The best $6.00 I have ever wasted, after the face the staff member made in disbelief.
