I love supporting small family owned businesses like this restaurant. The food and service truly show care and quality. This is a hidden gem in our neighborhood. I hope my sharing will bring more customers. I plan to come back here regularly with my family and tell my friends about this little gem!
Thank you Renee and Pepe for the most delicious and fresh Italian food! We are vegetarian and the salad and entrees were absolutely delicious. They were able to make us a spicy marinara sauce with garlic and green onions-delicious!!!
The homemade bread as a starter was yummy, warm, and soft.
We also order pesto gnocchi and spicy marinara spinach & cheese ravioli. Delicious!!!
I used to work at this location (it's a different restaurant now... In the 80's it was "Al's Deli".. a wonderful mom and pop real Italian deli/restaurant)... anyway I'm so happy that it's still an Italian restaurant. Proves that the spirit of Italy is embedded in the building! Mascarpones is FABULOUS. Tonight I had Shrimp Carmelo and the shrimp was cooked PERFECT. Very tender, moist and super flavorful! The blue cheese dressing on the dinner salad was fabulous. I'd love to get their secret recipe. The ambiance is SO Italian. What a gem, we are lucky to have this restaurant in Orange 🧡!

Service great, garlic bread amazing, cheesecake OMG one slice feeds 3-4 still talking about over a week ago. Lasagna was excellent.

This is the best Italian food restaurant I've ever been to. Great, delicious food!! I'm very happy I came to eat here. I recommend Mascarpones restaurant if you like real Italian food.
Literally a hidden gem. Doesn't even look like a restaurant from the outside. Cozy atmosphere of 2 dining rooms. Excellent service by all. The owner greeted all the guests. Family operated which is nice to hear. Such a lovely little restaurant to dine at.
Sorry, we were enjoying the food and the company so much, we did not take pictures. All I can say is ... WOW! True authentic Italian cuisine that hits Orange County. Very Light and Organic. We definitely have to come back to try different dishes. I had the Lasagna. Best ever! The Cheese cake! Damn. I'm still speechless and we got the original with berry sauce, whipped cream topped with chocolate shavings. The hubby couldn't get enough. Tiramisu another decadant treat. Everything from scratch and you can tell made from the heart. Definitely will come back again.
