Mcdonald's

I was using a coupon for buy a 20-piece nugget, get two French fries orders Any Size for $4.99. I loaded the coupon and QR Code on the McDonald's app and the cashier said that it expired already. I pointed out that the coupon was good through January 31st 2021. She still refused to accept the coupon. Then I changed my order to get the daily in store special which is two 10 piece chicken nuggets for $5.00. She rang up the order and the total was $5.79. I brought up the total because after tax the total should have been $5.30. She decided to lie to me and tell me the two 10 piece chicken nuggets were $5 only for doordash customers or orders on the mobile app. I read all of the fine print associated with the deal and it mentioned nowhere what her claims were. On top of doing all of this, when she went to scan the QR code on my phone my phone slipped out of her hands and cracked the screen in numerous places. I brought up the damage to my phone screen and she shrugged it off and refused to acknowledge anything! I was so angry at the circumstances I walked out because I didn't want to do something I could have possibly regretted. So I left McDonald's with an empty stomach and a messed up cell phone. They don't seem very interested in people coming inside. Use the drive through. Limited parking, and they place all emphasis on drive through orders. I watched everyone else get served including those behind me and driving up after my order placed before I had to walk up and ask for my food... Which, was sitting on a tray behind the counter where it'd been waiting for no reason. Clean inside and out, food is normal average McDonald's. No big surprises other than lack of customer service for anyone outside their vehicle.

I literally can not stand your main drive thru girl.. not once, not twice, but three times now she has been unbelievably rude to me!! I am an extremely easy going and nice person.. Today was definitely my last visit.. I’m sure someone will blow this review off but you shouldn’t.. No one wants to bullied and belittled in the drive thru.. life is stressful enough

I went to McDonald's today for lunch in my work vehicle I did a mobile order and pulled up at the mobile order pickup spot waiting for my food unknown to me my rear tire was completely flat I didn't even know one of the employees that work at this McDonald's noticed it brought an air compressor to me and asked me if I needed help absolutely fantastic if there wasn't for him I probably would have drove on that tire and would have ruined my room fantastic job keep up the good work you guys are awesome
