Panera Bread

I ordered curbside pickup for 11:40 am. I did not see designated curbside parking, but I parked in a spot within reasonable eyesight of the door. I waited 15 minutes after checking in before trying to call, but got no answer so I went inside. The cashier told me she looked for my car but didn't see it. I highly doubt they have their only cashier during the lunch rush handling curbside deliveries, so I'm pretty sure that's a standard excuse for when customers have to wait too long. Also I kept a close eye on the door and didn't see anyone delivering curbside. My soup was lukewarm and my tea either didn't have ice or had been sitting long enough for the ice to melt. Next time I'll do drive thru because clearly curbside is not their specialty.

I ordered a pick up order yesterday online but failed to tell my husband there was more to the order besides bagels. All he had to do was go in and pick up the order off the shelf and of course he just got the bagel bag only. I called right away and spoke to Michael, who is a manager, and he said he will be there the next day and he said to ask for him and we could pick up the missing items. I also added 6 cinnamon crunch bagels to our missing things. I just want to say how happy we were! my husband went to pick up and the cashier already knew about it and already had everything bagged and ready to go when he walked in. He paid for the additional bagels I ordered and was gone in no time. I was in the restaurant business 32 years so I know about great customer service. We are very pleased with the extra customer service. Michael went overboard to make us happy and did exactly what he said he would do. Thank you for the great experience Michael! My kind of manager.

The food is tasty not heavy but light and healthy. Customer service is excellent. They have delivery, curbside pick up and the dining room inside and outside seating areas are open. The staff is cleaning and sanitizing everything and the 10 vegetable soup and chicken noodle is delicious. Service and food quality is consistently above average. All staff are masked and gloved up. They aim to please the customer. I appreciate their rewards because it saves me 2 or 3 dollars there. Keep doing well with cleaning, customer service and good food prepared well Kudos to the manager and staff
