We had came through drive through and 15 minutes, the cars didn't move at all so we came inside the restaurant and waited another 15 minutes, another customer had complained and left, as we are waiting the employees just stood there and watched as the line grew bigger. When I received my order I asked for more sauce and I was told to get back in line and to pay $0.26 per each sauce.

I normally have a decent experience. Drive thru waits are typically long due to short staff/standing around. Tonight, I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and I have been sick since dinner. Definitely staying away for a while.

I don’t know what has happened to fast food restaurants but they really need to reevaluate who they hire. It’s always nothing but workers standing around doing nothing and the service has become pathetic. Just went thru this drive thru at this location. Well first I’m told that they are only accepting cash only. That tends to happen quite regularly it seems. So I check and have enough cash on me and then they act like it’s a sin for having cash. Secondly, there is no one but me at the drive thru and there is nothing but employees inside and my order is a simple #3 and they have me pull up and wait on the order. It’s 8:30pm!!! It’s like they feel burdened to service a customer and do there job. Someone really needs to take a hard look at this because it seems to happen quite often regardless of which location. Your employees are slacking BIG TIME and it’s costing you and they could careless..

They have a great staff. Your food will most likely be made to order. I had to wait on a chicken biscuit for 5 minutes but it was probably the best chicken biscuit I've ever had here. Good job yall

There were 3 people in the entire restaurant working. One lady at the counter, a young man at the window and one person cooking. My food was still fresh and made as I've come to expect. I hate that they ate having to work so hard but they rocked it!

Very slow tea tasted like it had bleach in it. And if you gonna serve tea add ice before and cool it off so when u fix a drink all the ice don't melt and then you just have water down tea

The location on Columbus Parkway is extremely rude. The customer service is at an all time low. Manager Michael seems to be ok with Rude Tomekia the cashier. They refuse to sell certain items that are advertised on menu. I will never patronize this location and will definitely pass this experience along.
