The food was fresh the service was excellent. I just wish their buns weren't so chewy and smashed flat in the bottom of the bag. I know they serve the product that they are given but, they could take the time to load it in the bag where stuff doesn't get smashed so badly. And corporate could get them better bread products.

Always fast always kind and if they make a mistake they always make sure that you are well taken care of the friendly faces and easily conversations great customer service they really do go above and beyond I love my favorite neighborhood Sonic

I ordered a supersonic double cheese burger no ketchup everything else large onion ring , big dill sandwich when I received my double only had one piece of meat , called them up they said bring it down they will gladly make a fresh one and make it right , so I took it down there and it was made only ketchup, third sandwich came out they said it was right , took it home it was cold and cheese was not even melted. , called office they said upper management will be giving me a call , we'll its been two weeks this Friday ordered it on the 18th and it is now the 1st what lousy customer service

App is dysfunctional. I still have not received my money back for food I never received. Manager becomes irate when questioned.

Was hot fresh and server's were moving fast with food orders and were ring N wet due to the heat and humidity...looking melted but very cheerful workers! TIP EM WELL!

I go at least once a day to get sweet tea and every now and then I get me or my wife something to eat. Never had a problem. The employees always have a smile.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nikki for being so kind and helpful with an issue involving our order we made.she took care it very quickly and I couldn’t be more impressed with the way she handled it.she has always been very nice to us when we come there.
