Caribou Coffee

Very nice place. It was late so I decaf coffee with a friend. Coffee was good didn't even taste like decaf. The place has lots of room to sit and many tables. They also have a lot of delicious looking baked goods. Life is very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a very warming inviting environment.

Changed my rating. Had an absolutely miserable experience with an employee named Shalyn. Have dealt with her twice, once I was buying beans, and when I gave her my phone number, she was very irritated with me and laughed at me when I left the store, the second time she accused me of "breaking" the card reader in the drive thru when I just took my card out early. I'm actually afraid of her and avoid the store if she is there. Also much slower than it used to be. Waited 30 minutes for a drink and I watched the staff just stare at machines for most of it.

Been my favorite coffee shop for the past 5+ years, and that’s changing. There’s a couple employees with amazing customer service, but it doesn’t matter too much when you constantly get the wrong order and have to wait 20 mins to an hour at ANY given time in the drive through! I come here almost every day, and at least once a week, my order is messed up. I don’t even want to get back into line and wait another 30 mins for another coffee, nor should I have to. The guy with longer hair is amazing, always remembers my order and makes it great, with amazing customer service. Aside from him, I really see EVERYONE including and especially management needing to step up. Hopefully they get it together, because I’ll be back.
